Cleburne senior Zach Interrante had a solid outing at the TISCA Invitational swim meet at the Frisco ISD Natatorium over the weekend.
Interrante set meet and pool records in the 100-meter butterfly with a time of 51.42 seconds and also placed second in the 200 individual medley after clocking a 1:59.42 in the final heat.
Morgan Richter placed fifth in the 500 freestyle after finishing the finals in 5:21.3.
A pair of Lady Jackets finished among the top eight in the 100 breaststroke, as Elizabeth Parker finished fifth in 1:14.67 and Kacie Smith came in eighth at 1:15.85.
Smith finished eighth in the 100 freestyle with a time of 59.39 seconds, while Hillary Hagan swam a 1:00.15 in the event to claim 14th.
The Lady Jackets’ 200-medley relay team of Erin Campos, Parker, Adrienne Rhodes and Hagan clocked a time of 2:03.55 for ninth place in the event.
The Jackets’ 200 medley relay team of Austin Henslee, Interrante, Richter and Colin Richter swam a time of 1:51.3 in the preliminary heat to reach the finals, but the team was disqualified in the final heat.
Morgan Richter finished 13th in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:59.8.
Lauren Hundley clocked a time of 2:40.23 and Rhodes swam a 2:42.02 in the 200 individual medley.
Hagan (27.69) and Campos (28.21) competed in the 50 freestyle. Parker was 13th in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:11.77.
Henslee swam the 100 freestyle in 55.2 seconds for the Jackets and Rhodes clocked a 6:29.9 in the preliminaries of the girls 500 freestyle.
Campos, Hundley, Rhodes and Hagan teamed up in the 200 freestyle relay, finishing with a time of 1:54.18.
The boys 200 freestyle relay team of Morgan Richter, Edgar Godinez and Interrante swam a 1:39.22 in the event.
Campos clocked a time of 1:12.07 in the 100 backstroke for 16th place, while Henslee had a time of 1:01.09 in the 100 backstroke to claim 12th.
Colin Richter (1:06.99) and Godinez (1:11.93) also competed in the 100 backstroke for Cleburne.
Cleburne finished 19th in the girls team standings with 42 points.
The Jackets were 11th in the boys standings after earning 74 points.
