A customer who apparently was not satisfied with his pizza order was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly assaulting an employee.
An officer with the Keene Police Department was dispatched to a disturbance at about 8:30 p.m. to the Domino’s Pizza at 2221 FM 2280.
Keene Police Chief Emmitt Jackson said a complainant and witnesses said the suspect, identified as Keith Jilge, 58, entered the store because he allegedly was upset about the preparation of his pizza order and wanted a refund to his credit card.
“Witnesses stated that when the complainant approached Mr. Jilge to give him a receipt showing the refund, Mr. Jilge pushed the complainant into a wall in the store,” Jackson said.
Jilge was arrested for assault causing bodily injury and public intoxication, and a judge set his bond at $2,500.
