A 50-year-old Fort Worth man flagged down officers about 1 a.m. today to report that three people robbed him at a Joshua car wash.

The victim described the suspects as two females in their early to mid-20s’s and a male who had covered his face with a bandanna.

The robbery reportedly occurred after two women convinced the victim to go to the car wash to drink beer. When they arrived, the male suspect approached with what the victim believed to be a gun in a bag.

There was a scuffle and money was scattered on the ground. The suspects made off with about $1,000 in cash. All suspects fled north on Broadway Street — the male in a small dark colored car and the women in a white jeep.

Police are actively investigating the incident, but no arrests have been made.
