The North Texas Adventist Rodders Club held it’s first meeting on Sunday at Rich Schram’s home in the Sand Flats area. Just over a dozen showed for this first organizational meeting. Men and one women from Cleburne, Keene, Alvarado and the Grandview area showed up, several with their prized rides. The group discussed possible upcoming events that they would love to participate in, such as parades, car shows and cruises. Schram will send information on scheduled events for the group as soon as dates are set. There has been an expressed interest in ARC from all around the North Texas area and a cruise is in the planning stages for mid-February. For information, contact Schram at richs@wwdb.org or call him at 817-658-2686. Hot rods are not a requirement to join. All car enthusiasts are welcome.

Prayerful gathering
At 10 a.m. Wednesday, three young men walked out of TEAM School to start a prayer circle as part of national See You at the Pole event, which took place at several schools in Cleburne ISD.
They were admittedly nervous, but nearly 40 people arrived to back them up. -
