— Church to celebrate 140 years

Sand Flat Baptist Church, 4216 E. Farm-to-Market Road 4 in Cleburne, will celebrate its 140th anniversary Sunday with special worship services.
Services begin at 10 a.m. and end at 3 p.m.
Singing, reminiscing, food, fun and fellowship will take place.

Calvary Baptist to honor grandparents

Calvary Baptist Church in Cleburne will have Grandparents’ Day services at 8:45 and 11 a.m. Sunday.
Special recognition will be given to the oldest attendees, those with the most relatives present, and those married the longest.
Sunday School will begin at 10 a.m.
The Rev. Charles Payne will begin a new preaching series, God’s Amazing Grace, and Calvary Quartet will sing.
