Church to celebrate 120th anniversary
The Willow Springs Baptist Church in Alvarado will celebrate its 120th anniversary at 11 a.m. Sunday.
Guest speakers and guest music will join Pastor Joe Stephens in the celebration. Lunch will be served after the service.

Calvary Baptist to hold Father’s Day services
Evangelist Bryan Samms will speak at special Father’s Day events Sunday at Calvary Baptist Church in Cleburne. He will lead off with Donuts and Dads at 10 a.m. in the church annex and preach in the 7 p.m. youth service.
Dr. Carl Baugh will teach a combined adult Sunday school class at 10 a.m. in the auditorium for those not attending Donuts and Dads.
Special recognition will be given in the 8:30 and 11 a.m. services for the youngest father, father with the most relatives present, father married the longest, fathe who traveled the farthest and father with the most years.
Every father attending one of the services will receive an LED flashlight keychain.
Pastor Charles Payne will preach at both morning services, and the Calvary Singers and the Ambassador Trio will present special music.

Youth handbell choir to perform
Nolan River Baptist Church will host the youth handbell choir from First Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Ark., at 6 p.m. Sunday.
Mike Paisley, a former minister of music at First Baptist Church in Cleburne, is the director.
