Ruth Taylor

Services for Ruth Taylor, 90, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Rev. Charles Payne will officiate. Burial will be in the Parker Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her nephews.

Mrs. Taylor passed away Friday, Nov. 3, 2006, in Cleburne. She was born Jan. 5, 1916, in Johnson County to M.L. and Mary Hayes Jones. She married Floy W. Taylor on Sept. 13, 1933, in Cleburne.

Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker and member of the Parker Baptist Chruch.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her sister, Christine Hope of Cleburne; nephews, Claude Germany of Crowley, Bob Jones and wife, Wanda, of Joshua, Billy Prather and wife, Sue, of Burleson, Ray Prather and wife, Betty, of Rio Vista, DeMarcus Gordon of Eastland, Randy Gordon of Blum, Doyle Jones of Burleson, David Jones of Cleburne and Jimmy Jones of Cleburne; nieces, Myrtle Jones of Moore, Okla., Glenna Faye Bradshaw and husband, Wayne, of Joshua, Marie Graves of Cleburne, Winnie Besser of Cleburne, Donna Anderson of Burleson, June Hammond of Joshua and Linda Keller and husband, George, of Cleburne; great-nephews, Dustin, Stephen and Perry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floy W. Taylor in 1980; and her son, Joe Taylor in 1994.

Ken Bell

Memorial services for Ken Bell, 64, of Rio Vista will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Rev. Darrell Loper will officiate.

Mr. Bell passed away Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006, in Fort Worth. He was born Jan. 4, 1942, in Amarillo to Vernon Hardy and Billie Ridlehuber Bell.

He was a retired laborer and formerly worker for Ellis County Pct. 4 in Midlothian.

Mr. Bell is survived by three daughters, Billie Jo Cole of Longview, Sherrie He0sford of El Paso and Terrie Castro of Rogers, Ark.; one step-daughter, Christian Burns of Princeton; grandchildren, Amiee S. Castro, Kyle E. Castro, Jacob C. Hesford, Amber Cole and Keylee M. Amos.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Billie Bell.

T.R. Wallace

ALEDO — Services for T.R. Wallace, 82, of Aledo will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel in Cleburne. Burial will follow in the Liberty Chapel Cemetery in Johnson County with the Rev. Scott Whittson officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, 2006, at Rosser Funeral Home.

Mr. Wallace was born on June 5, 1924, in Coal County, Okla., to Matthew Jack and Willie Maudina (Crump) Wallace and passed away on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006, in Weatherford, Texas. He was preceded in death by brothers, Thelbert and Odie Wallace and sister, Nancy Auxier.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel Wallace of Aledo; son, Richard Wallace and wife, Cheryl, of Aledo; daughters, Linda Dalley and husband, Wayne, of Georgetown, Sherry Sherman of Weatherford and Darlene Seiler and husband, Randy, of Aledo; brother, J.D. Wallace and wife, Jean, of Arizona; sisters, Mabel Melton, Lucille Kenzie and husband, Chuck, and Ruthie Oswald and husband, Arden, all of California; eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

Glenda Shehorn

BURLESON — Services for Glenda Shehorn, 68, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006, at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. John Hall will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery following the service. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, 2006, at Rosser Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Paul Woodall, Tom Dodge, David Guinn, Perry Don Wright, Lonnie Holliday, Ben Hill Jones and Gary Whites.

Mrs. Shehorn passed away on Friday, Nov. 3, 2006, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born Aug. 14, 1938, in Doucette, Texas, to Harry Owens and Dora Marie Haire Owens. She married Bill Shehorn on Sept. 27, 1958, in Austin, Texas. Mrs. Shehorn was a homemaker and of Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Shehorn of Burleson; daughter, Melody Norrell and husband, Rick, of Burleson; sons, Monte Shehorn of Burleson, Mark Shehorn of Fort Worth and Matthew Shehorn and wife, Kelly, of Euless; sisters, Helen Stansbury of Georgetown and Marlene Gardner of Colmesneil; parents-in-law, Benson and Lorena Shehorn of Cleburne; grandchildren, Casey and Cody Norrell, Madison and Jacob Shehorn; and great-grandchild, Hannah Norrell.

Mrs. Shehorn was preceded in death by her parents.
