KEENE — Graveside service for Wanda E. Findley, 87, will be conducted today at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, 2010, in Keene Memorial Park. Pastor Mic Thurber will officiate.
Wanda passed away at home on Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, in Keene, Texas. She was born March 22, 1923, in Elmo, Texas, to Joseph Lonnie Moon and Sybil Patton Moon. Wanda graduated from TCU with an RN BS degree. She was a member of Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Brooks Findley Sr., and daughter, Diane Findley.
Wanda is survived by her son, Warren B. “Bud” Findley II and wife, Debbie, of Keene; daughters, Donna C. Pike of Fort Collins, Colo., and Leisl R. Findley of Debary, Fla.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Mission Hospice at 505 N. Ridgeway Drive, Cleburne, TX 76033.
