Allen Clemson formally resigned Friday as North Texas Tollway Authority executive director, according to a DFW media network report.
Clemson was the fifth CEO in five years at NTTA. He began work with NTTA back in 2009. He was a former Dallas County administrator. Reports say Clemson decided to step down from his $255,000 a year job because it was clear the NTTA board was going to fire him.
