The following is a list of magistrations performed by Johnson County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Ronny McBroom:

 

December 31

zx Jennifer Marie Rodriguez, 28, of Dallas, failure to produce identification, $750 bond.

zx Joe Alaniz Jr., 41, of San Antonio, Baylor County charge of possession of marijuana, $1,000 bond.

zx Tyler Mac Cooney, 36, of Arlington, possession of marijuana, $750 bond.

zx Ronnie Blaoe Burruss, 23, of Fort Worth, Arlington theft charge, $2,500 bond.

zx Martin Sanchez Jr., 30, of Keene, assault, $1,000 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order against Sanchez.

 

January 1

zx James Anthony Sample, 31, Cleburne, failure to pay child support, no bond.

zx David Shawn Long, 20, of Cleburne, two counts of burglary of a habitation, unlawfully carrying a weapon and evading arrest, bonds total $22,000.

zx James Thomas Boyette, 26, homeless, burglary of a habitation and evading arrest, bonds total $11,000. Parole warrant, no bond.

zx Matthew Louis Cervantez, 24, of Venus, assault by impeding breathing, $10,000 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order against Cervantez.

zx Michael Wayne Fleenor, no age listed, Burleson, revocation of supervision on DWI 2nd, $3,000 bond. McBroom ordered an interlock device on Fleenor’s vehicle.

 

January 2

zx Rickey Roberts, 30, of Fort Worth, DWI 2nd open container, $2,000 bond. McBroom ordered an interlock device on Roberts’ vehicle.

zx Michael Gilley, 21, of Rio Vista, possession of marijuana, $2.500 bond. McBroom ordered Gilley to undergo weekly drug screening.

zx Brett Bell, 20, of Cleburne, possession of controlled substance, $5,000 bond. McBroom ordered Bell to undergo weekly drug screening.

zx Manuela Ybarra, 64, of Joshua, assault, $750 bond.

zx Lewis Mears, 25, of Blum, possession of a prohibited weapon, $1,000 bond.

zx Garrett Pullen, 19, Granbury, obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, $15,000 bond.

zx Clinton Morgan, 36, of Cleburne, theft, $20,000 bond.

zx Eddie Hunter, 43, of Fort Worth, non payment of child support, $2,000 bond.

zx Neil Bateman, 26, of Joshua, accident involving damage to a vehicle, $1,000 bond. Motion to revoke on possession of marijuana charge, no bond.

zx Kevin Stein, 27, of Joshua, obstruction or retaliation and possession of prohibited weapon, bonds total $6,000.

zx Oscar Mendoza, 32, of Arlington, DWI, $1,000 bond.

 

January 3

zx Marcavett Fowler, 41, of Cleburne, failure to appear on charge of driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $5,000 bond.

zx David Mashburn, 43, of Alvarado, surety withdrawal on theft by check charge, $4,000 bond.

zx Aaron Glowski, 32, of Alvarado, failure to appear on enforcement hearing involving child support, $2,300 bond.

zx Calen Camp, 24, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana and motion to revoke on possession of marijuana charge, bonds total $1.750.

zx Eric Traylor, 23, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana, $750 bond.

zx Ronnie Burruss, 23, of Fort Worth, theft, $2,500 bond.

zx Roger Green, 46, Cleburne, driving while license invalid and possession of a controlled substance, bonds total $1,750 bond.

zx Robert Alexander, 57, of Seadrift, DWI 2nd, $2,000 bond. McBroom ordered an interlock device on Alexander’s vehicle.

zx Amber Neathery, 23, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana, $750 bond.

zx Anna Turpin, 41, of Cleburne, DWI felony repetition, $5,555 bond.

  • Johnson County UCS customers all have power

    It took United Cooperative Services operations and engineering personnel, helped by three contract crews, just a little more than 24 hours to completely restore power to United members in Johnson and Hood counties after tornadoes left heavy damage in Granbury and Cleburne on Wednesday night.
