Bond was set at $1,500 Friday for Timothy Hungate, a 50-year-old Burleson man charged with assault bodily injury.
Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 Ronny McBroom also placed a 62-day emergency protective order on the suspect and ordered that he not be released from custody until two days after bond had been posted.
In other cases, Mayra Estrada, 20, of Snyder was indicted for aggravated theft $1,500 to $20,000, $25,000 bond.
Derrick Jones, 28, of Fort Worth was indicted for aggravated theft $1,500 to $20,000, $25,000 bond.
Charles Keys, 29, of Garland was charged with fraud and theft, combined $3,000 bond.
Andrew Jackson, 23, of Fort Worth was charged with driving while intoxicated third or more, $10,000 bond plus interlock device and weekly drug testing.
Randy Davis, 47, of Whitesboro was charged with possession of controlled substance under 1 gram, tampering with physical evidence enhanced and driving while intoxicated failure to appear in Cook County, no bond.
Raymond Leonard, 29, of Cleburne was charged with nonpayment of child support out of Wichita County, $13,579 cash bond.
Caleb Alexander, 33, of Grand Prairie was charged with unlawful use of a criminal instrument, $500 bond.
Jason Steinmate, 29, of Grand Prairie, was charged with unlawful use of a criminal instrument, $500 bond.
Johnson County Sheriff’s Office deputies were also investigating one reported assault and two burglaries.
Tuesday on South Broadway in Joshua, a female hit a male student in the mouth because he pushed her. In a related incident at the same address, suspect pushed complainant in the chest.
Thursday on County Road 109 in Alvarado, an actor made entry into a habitation to commit theft and took items that included HP desktop computer valued at $600, HP color printer valued at $100, HP laptop computer valued at $600 and an Emerson 40-inch flat screen TV valued at $800.
Wednesday on County Road 511 in Venus, suspect took items including cash of $6,200 and a 1999 green Dodge Mini Van valued at $4,500.
