9/7 Precinct 1 magistrations

 

The following is a list of magistrations performed by Johnson County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Ronny McBroom:

 

August 28

zx William Burrel Boeiter, 71, of Keene, assault family violence, $2.500 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order against Boeiter.

zx Dillon Wayne Locket, 21, of Mansfield, driving while license invalid with no insurance, $500 bond.

zx Brandon Michael Browning, 18, of North Richland Hills, Fort Worth charge of burglary of a building, $5,000 bond.

zx Timothy Wayne Lovett, 28, of Fort Worth, burglary of a building, $25,000 bond.

zx DeMarcus Antwon Freeman, 29, of Fort Worth, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and burglary of a building, bonds total $50,000.

zx Agustin Anorca, 26, of Cleburne, DWI, $1,500 bond.

zx Sally Ann Villareal, 46, of Alvarado, assault family violence, $1.500 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order against Villareal.

zx Jerrod Scott Stanford, 30, of Joshua, assault family violence, $2,500 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order against Stanford.

August 29

zx Manuel Ponce Gallegos Jr., 31, of Cleburne, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $500 bond.

zx Ismael Robles Jr., 32, of Joshua, tampering with identification numbers on personal property and Tom Green County charge of driving while license invalid, bonds total $2,500.

zx Joshua Louis Dean, 30, of Alvarado, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $1,000 bond.

zx Marshall Pete Rhodes, 53, of Alvarado, continuous violence against the family, $75,000 bond.

zx Michael Vasquez, 25, of Alvarado, indicted on charges of assault and failure to provide identification, bonds total $6,000. Tarrant County charge of failure to provide identification, $3,003 bond. Failure to pay child support, $1.500 bond.

zx Alson Sampson Lakabun, 42, of Cleburne, bond insufficient on charge of DWI 2nd, $8,000 bond. McBroom ordered on interlock device on Lakabun’s vehicle.

zx Rachel Marlene Boyd, 34, of Grandview, motion to revoke on charge of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, no bond.

zx Kourtney Yvonne Hopson, 22, of Alvarado, fraudulent use and possession of identification items, $8,000 bond.
