• Raeanna Rene Alford, 20, of Alvarado, engage in organized criminal activity and theft less than $50, bonds total $3,131.

• Tonya L. Alford, 42, of Alvarado, engage in organized criminal activity, $2,500 bond.

• Jacob Devin, 20, of Alvarado, engage in organized criminal activity, $2,500 bond.

• Rena Rae Pelis, 47, of Hico, revocation of probation on theft of property, $5,000 bond.

• Jacob Dale Campbell, 22, of Cleburne, resisting arrest and public intoxication, bonds total $1,400.

• James Craig Morton, 20, of Alvarado, possession of K-2, $500 bond.

• Jonathan Edward Cehand, 31, of Cleburne, theft, $500 bond.

• Enrique Henry Dela Santos, 42, of Joshua, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, $25,000 bond.

• Jeffrey Allen Han, 48, of Cleburne, theft of property, $1,000 bond.

• Daniel Keith Barnett Jr., 24, of Joshua, reckless driving and driving while licence invalid, bonds total $1.000.

• Marcus Raynard Pounds, 23, of Grand Prairie, DWI, $1,000 bond.

• Anthony Joseph Waggoner, 24, of Seagoville, possession of marijuana, $500 bond.

• Carl D. Redding, 27, of Cleburne, assault and resisting arrest, bonds total $2.500.

• Johnny Bryan Knox, 44, of Cleburne, assault, $1,500 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order prohibiting Knox from returning home for 61 days or being released from jail for 48 hours after posting bond.

• Justin Miles Fortune, 25, of Fort Worth, DWI, $1,000 bond.

• Collin Ray Perryman, 19, of Alvarado, failure to identify fugitive, $500 bond.

• Michael Paul Diggs Jr., 24, of Cleburne, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $500 bond.

• Jason Lee Palmer, 23, of Cleburne, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $500 bond.

• Andrew Lee Chitwood, 28, of Joshua, DWI third or more and resisting arrest, bonds total $11,000.

• Jennifer Gall Anderson, 39, of Cleburne, DWI second, $3.000 bond. McBroom ordered an interlock device on Anderson’s vehicle.

• Robert Edward Bishop, 43, of Burleson, DWI with child passenger, $5,000 bond. McBroom ordered an interlock device on Bishop’s vehicle.

• Mark Richard Perkins, 30, of Burleson, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawfully carrying a weapon, bonds total $6,500. McBroom ordered Perkins to undergo weekly drug testing.

• Tony Glen Hunter II, 24, of Iowa Park, possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 bond. McBroom ordered Hunter to undergo weekly drug testing.

• Robert Hosea Badillo, 46, of Waxahachie, theft of service by check, $1,000 bond.

• Alyssa Lynn Rountree, 22, of Alvarado, possession of marijuana, $500 bond.

• Ricardo T. Ontiveros, 36, of Joshua, DWI, $1.000 bond.

• Ricardo Ruiz-Marquez, 48, of Cleburne, DWI, $1.000 bond.

• William Darwin Hayes, 23, of Duncanville, possession of marijuana, $500 bond.

• Stephen Paul Nelson, 25, of Joshua, possession of marijuana, $500 bond.

• Mauro Resendez Jr., 25, of Granbury, assault and resisting arrest, bonds total $2.500. McBroom issued an emergency protective order prohibiting Resendez from returning home for 61 days or being released from jail for 48 hours after posting bond.

• Jana Desiree Calahan, 46, of Cleburne, DWI third, $10,000 bond. McBroom issued an interlock device on Calahan’s vehicle.

• Karen Sue Gonzales, 51, of Alvarado, DWI, $1,000 bond.

• Dalton Cole Schuman, 17, of Joshua, assault by contact, $500 bond.

• Darryl Marcus Neathery, 56, of Cleburne, DWI, $1,000 bond.

• James Morgan Bingham, 17, of Joshua, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $2,000 bond.



Jan. 3

• Jason Elliott Bates, no age listed, Bedford, deadly conduct, $1.500 bond.

• Marcus Antwion Lovette, 25, of Cleburne, possession of prohibited weapon and failure to produce identification, bonds total $1,500.

• Aubrey Arcraig Scott, 23, of Desoto, burglary of a building, $5,000 bond.

• Robert Laroy Marlow, 30, of Watauga, Hill County adjudication of guilt on charge of theft of a firearm, no bond.

• Matthew Ray Gloria, 21, of Cleburne, debit or credit card abuse, $5,000 bond.

• Thomas Rodney Harrington, 43, of Joshua, aggravated assault of a peace officer and evading arrest, bonds total $50,000.

• Christian Mitchell Clark, 21, of Benton Harbor, Mich., sexual assault of a child, $50,000 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order prohibiting Clark from returning home for 61 days or being released from jail for 48 hours after posting bond. McBroom also prohibited Clark from visiting locations where children are likely to be present.

• Donald Alan Goslin, 43, of Keene, theft of service, $1,500 bond.

• Shanda Renee Ford, 25, of Venus, two counts of DWI with a child passenger, bonds total $10,000.

• Charles Eugene Clark Jr., 33, of Alvarado, parole violation, no bond.

• Eddie Ray Routh, 24, of Lancaster, DWI with open container, $1,500 bond.

• Charles Eugene Evans, 25, of Joshua, forgery and prohibitive weapon, bonds total $251,000.

• Raymond Lenard Smith III, 51, of Burleson, driving while licence invalid with previous conviction, $1,000 bond.

• Mary Margaret Swanstrom, 37, of Cleburne, driving while licence invalid, $500 bond.
