Alvarado man has four warrants for DWI in Henderson County

A 43-year-old Alvarado man was in Johnson County Law Enforcement Center Thursday, awaiting possible transfer to Henderson County.

Donald Ray Dollison was arrested on one Henderson County warrant for DWI third or more and three Henderson County warrants for DWI with a child under 15. Bond was $75,000 on the first charge and $10,000 on each of the other  three charges.

In other magistrations Thursday in the court of Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Ronny McBroom, Michael Warren, 39, of Cleburne was charged with DWI with a child under 15 revoke supervision. Bond was denied.

zx Christopher Bright, 17, of Keene, was charged with Class A theft. Bond was $1,000.

zx Matthew Colclasure, 20, of Granbury, was arrested on a Somervell County warrant for assault bodily injury. Bond was $1,500.

zx Angelina Razo, 53, of Cleburne, was charged with tampering with government records and theft by check $20 to $500. Bond was $5,000 on the first charge and $1,000 on the second.

zx Cooie King III, 42, of Burleson, was charged with possession of controlled substance under 1g in a drug-free zone bond insufficient. Bond was $20,000.

zx Sam Francis, 58, of Memphis, Texas, was charged with theft $1,500 to $20,000 bond forfeiture. Bond was $10,000.

zx Jose Godinez, 40, of Cleburne, was charged with assault family violence bodily injury and unlawful restraint. Bond was $2,000 on the first charge and $1,000 on the second charge along with an emergency protective order barring the suspect from contact with the victim for 61 days and confining the suspect to jail for 48 hours after posting bail.

In Wednesday magistrations, Jesus Chacon, 33, of Weatherford, was charged with DWI revoke supervision. Bond was $1,000 with interlock device.

zx Chad Sutton, 37, of Burleson, was charged with DWI third or more. Bond was $10,000 with weekly drug testing and interlock device.

zx Daisy Thompson, 28, of Arlington, was charged with theft $1,500 to $20,000. Bond was $5,000.

zx Halona Horner, 31, of Azle, was indicted for theft of services $1,500 to $20,000 and charged with theft of property by check. Bond was $10,000 on the first and $750 on the second.

zx Megan Skaggs, 19, of Cleburne, was charged with possession of marijuana 2 ounces. Bond was $500.

zx Robert Burnett, 28, of Burleson, was charged with possession of marijuana 2 ounces. Bond was $500.

zx Adrian Jones, 23, of Grandview, was arrested on a Hill County warrant for burglary of a habitat. Bond was $10,000.

zx Jason Washburn, 20, of Joshua, was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon. Bond was $1,000.

zx Cedric Smith Jr., 20, of Burleson, was indicted for firearms smuggling. Bond was $10,000. He also had a bench warrant with no bond for firearms smuggling.

    A robust breeze alleviated the heat somewhat Monday morning at Cleburne Memorial Cemetery, but also played pandemonium with the setting up of a memorial table for POW and MIA veterans. Wind tipped a vase holding a single rose shattering it on the pavement. A hastily retrieved replacement held out but at one point toppled causing water to spill inches shy of the public announcement speaker.
