The following is a list of arrests — except for minor traffic violations — based on public records at the Cleburne Police Department. Individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
May 14
3:39 a.m., Katherine P. Raines and Pipeline streets, reported possible traffic accident. Margaret Leah Rodenbourgh, 23, of Alvarado, possession of marijuana.
11:38 a.m., Wal-Mart, shoplifter call. Jessica Jobina Ortega, 29, of Cleburne, theft $50 to $500.
7:13 p.m., 800 block Woodard Avenue, traffic stop. Mark James Moore Jr., 22, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana.
May 15
2:01 a.m., Katherine P. Raines and Main streets, traffic stop for no license plate. Charles Brandon Caddell, 20, of Alvarado, driving under the influence by a minor. Kerry Raymond Hanson, 21, of Joshua, one Johnson County and one Joshua warrant.
10:26 p.m., 700 block North Walnut Street, disturbance call. Crystal Ann Pelton, 31, of Cleburne, public intoxication and disorderly conduct, fighting.
May 17
3:00 a.m., Main and Jack Burton streets, traffic stop. Aaron Lee Warner, 22, of Joshua, reckless driving and one Johnson County warrant.
8:07 a.m., 200 block Weeks Road, disturbance call. Karmarina Peter, 32, of Cleburne; Martha Luther, 22, of Cleburne; Hermy Joshua, 23, of Cleburne” and Asher Tarkio, 29, of Keene were taken into custody on charges of public intoxication. Norman Mike, 33, of Cleburne, public intoxication and possession of paraphernalia.
9:25 p.m., 600 block West Henderson Street, theft call. Jason Clint Bowman, 32, of Cleburne, theft under $50 and two Johnson County warrants.
May 18
5:17 p.m., Wal-Mart, theft call. Krystal Noelle Shifflett, 18, of Cleburne and Morgan A. Slaughter, 18, of Cleburne were taken into custody on charges of class B theft.
May 20
11:18 a.m., 900 block East Henderson Street, report of counterfeit merchandise being sold. Jorge Luis Nava, 25, of Alvarado, labeling.
May 21
9:06 a.m., 1100 block Alvarado Street, disturbance call. John Garner McCarty Jr., 51, of Grandview, possession of marijuana and a Burleson warrant for DWI 3rd or more.
1:06 p.m., Wal-Mart, theft call. Herman Lee Kindred, 45, of Temple, theft $50 to $500.
May 22
3:56 a.m., Boone and Huron streets, traffic accident. Derrick B. Curd, 23, of Cleburne, DWI.
2:03 p.m., 200 block Featherston Street. A witness flagged an officer down to report a man walking down the street with a pistol in his waistband. Police located the man a short time later. Darrell Dallas Townsend, 44, of Cleburne, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana.
11:00 p.m., Buffalo and Graham streets, report of fighting. Dustin Dewayne Spann, 20, of Cleburne, consumption of alcohol by a minor.
May 23
1:10 a.m., 200 block South Wood Street, disturbance call. James Terry Wood, 42, of Cleburne, public intoxication.
5:06 a.m., 500 block West Henderson Street, disturbance call. Airlia Elayne Bratcher, 28, of Cleburne, public intoxication.
10:20 p.m., 600 block College Street, disturbance call. Jonathan Wayne Vaco, 23, of Cleburne, public intoxication.
May 24
12:19 a.m., 300 block South Boyd Street, disturbance call. Marcos Martinez Dominguez, 40, of Cleburne, assault A family violence and interferance with an emergency call.
1:56 a.m., 1300 block South Walnut Street, reported assault. B.J. Thompson, 27, of Cleburne, burglary and assault A family violence.
May 26
6:07 a.m., Texas 171 and Pipeline Road, traffic stop. Adolfo Uvalle Rodriguez, 26, of Cleburne, failure to provide identification and one Cleburne warrant.
1:34 p.m., 200 block Mansfield Road, disturbance call. Tracy Donneal Sansom, 36, of Cleburne, violation of a protective order.
4:19 p.m., 300 block Turner Street, disturbance call. Roman Sotelo, 19, of Cleburne, assault with bodily injury.
May 27
8:28 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. A man reportedly arrived at his probation appointment intoxicated. Kyle Page Flannigan, 22, of Joshua, public intoxication.
6:14 p.m., Kilpatrick and Redwood streets, traffic stop. William Lloyd Blocker Jr., 40, of Joshua, failure to provide identification.
All the above people taken into custody were transported to the Johnson County Corrections Center unless otherwise noted.

A Wednesday morning fire resulted in no injuries, but destroyed a home near Burleson.

Showers put lake level above spillway
With showers continuing through this morning, Lake Pat Cleburne lake level was reported at 734.1 feet, about six inches over the spillway, said local weather watcher Gayle White.
