Car club visits Chisholm Trail

The Lone Star Region of the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America took a spring tour of Central Texas on March 21. On their return from Meridian, about 50 members of the club, driving 12 vintage cars, visited the Chisholm Trail Outdoor Museum. Club member Roger Perez said they had a great time learning more about Texas history from museum volunteers Jack Carlton, Ardy Muldoon, Gail Hazelwood, David Murdoch and Billy Cate. The group meets in Arlington once a month to promote restoration and enjoyment of Chevrolets, regardless of the car’s age. To join the club contact the president, Elmer Anderson, at 817-939-6637.
