August 19
4:05 p.m., Cleburne Police Department. Person turned themself in. Crystal Leann Collins, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on Cleburne warrants.
August 20
1:18 p.m., Wal-Mart. Suspect attempted to leave store with $199.55 worth of merchandise in a shopping cart without paying. Jessica Lee Vaughan, 19, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of theft.
August 21
2:20 p.m., Wal-Mart. Loss prevention worker reported a customer changing price tags on items to get a lower price. Lasha Eileen Spacek, 22, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of theft.
11:40 p.m., 1000 block Country Club Road, traffic stop. Eddie Ray Holbert Jr., 53, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.
August 22
12:12 a.m., 1400 block Sabine Avenue, man walking in the street. Carl Dion Marlin, 44, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.
1:50 p.m., 1200 block North Anglin Street, traffic stop for expired inspection sticker. Chad Heath Cappers, 33, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Hill County warrant.
4:06 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Lisa Michelle Gonzales, 34, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant.
9:36 p.m., Lake Worth Police Department, prisoner transfer. Kimberly Ann Proctor, 41, of Cleburne was taken into custody on Cleburne warrants.
August 23
2:25 a.m., 1200 block Tanglewood Drive, disturbance call. Tara Pearson, 26, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of assault A family violence.
3:27 a.m., 1700 block North Main Street, traffic stop for defective head light. Tammy Lynn Krick, 35, of Godley was taken into custody on a Young County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
3:58 a.m., 1000 block South Main Street, traffic accident. David Jay Ratliff, 20, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on a charge of driving under the influence by a minor. Robert Wade Guthrie Jr., 22, of Grand Prairie was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.
9:00 a.m., 300 block Franklin Street, disturbance call. Benny Yasu Albizures, 27, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of assault A family violence.
August 24
12:53 p.m., 1200 block Sandstone Drive, report of a possibly intoxicated driver. Deborah Stevens Buchanan, 52, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of DWI third or more.
2:13 p.m., 200 block North Anglin Street. Officer sent to address on a welfare check. Patricia Leann Hughes, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.
8:41 p.m., 700 block North Robinson Street, disturbance call. Christopher James Barrett, 26, of Cleburne was taken into custody on Johnson County and Ellis County warrants. Estella Olguin Rodriquez, 31, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Grandview warrant.
10:44 p.m., 600 block South Caddo Street, disturbance call. Joshua Heath Darst, 29, of Burleson was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.
August 25
1:00 a.m., 1300 block North Brazos Street, disturbance call. Brian Sweeney, 32, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of assault.

4:35 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Danny Phillip Sturges, 29, of Joshua was taken into custody on one Johnson County warrant.
7:09 p.m., 500 block Chase Avenue, hit-and-run accident. Dianna Janet Espinoza, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of leaving an accident scene.
8:48 p.m., 1700 block Raylene Drive. Officer dispatched in reference to a suspicious person hiding in bushes. Rickey Lynn Wylie, 33, of Aubrey was taken into custody on three Alvarado warrants.
10:14 p.m., 700 block North Main Street, traffic stop for disobeying a traffic signal. Joseph Lee Simmons, 24, of Joshua was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

10:23 a.m., Hood County Sheriff’s Office, prisoner transfer. LeeAnn Nicole Wallace, 22, of Glen Rose was taken into custody on Cleburne warrants.
11:57 a.m., 3900 block North Main Street, traffic stop for driving 85 mph in a 55 mph zone. James Straus, 22, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on four Cleburne and one Fort Worth warrants.
1:16 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Joseph Scott Booker, 22, of Joshua was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.
3:21 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Christine Rudy Russell, 42, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.
3:53 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Julian Rodriquez Hernandez, 19, of Van Alstyne was taken into custody on Johnson County warrants.
5:52 p.m., 100 block West Industrial Boulevard, disturbance call. Clifton Roger Sorrells, 45, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.
9:46 p.m., 1000 block Redwood Lane. In the course of an investigation, police discovered that Roger Dale Green Jr., 41, of Joshua had an outstanding warrant from McLennan County.
August 29
1:50 a.m., 1100 block West Kilpatrick Street, traffic stop for driving behind a closed business. Brandon Lee Lovell, 23, of Timson and William Harold Lovell III, 25, of Carthage were taken into custody on charges of possession of marijuana.
8:06 a.m., Cleburne Police Department, person turned themself in. Derrik Dalton Jenkins, 19, of Kopperl was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for burglary of a vehicle.
10:12 p.m., Mansfield Jail, prisoner transfer. Vanessa Villanueva, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on three Cleburne warrants.
August 30
12:25 a.m., Park and Hilltop streets. Officers saw people in the park after curfew. Martha Luther, 21, no address given was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.
September 1
2:54 p.m., 1300 block West Henderson Street, traffic stop for failure to yield right of way. Laura Ann McBeath, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on three Johnson County warrants.
6:52 p.m., Main and Industrial streets, traffic accident. Leticia Rojas, 33, of Alvarado was taken into custody on two Dallas County warrants.
11:09 p.m., 3600 block North Main Street, traffic stop for a defective head light. James Wesley Gatlin, 28, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a McLennan County warrant.
September 2
7:53 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. David Lee Lewis, 51, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant.
8:00 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Edgar Jiminez, 22, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for adjudication of supervision.
7:22 p.m., 400 block Granbury Street, disturbance call. Fredrich Scott Montgomery, 19, of Cleburne and Glen Ray Jones, 26, of Cleburne were taken into custody on charges of disorderly conduct, fighting.
10:16 p.m., Henderson and Colonial streets, possible kidnapping. Trey Willie Lewis, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of unlawful restraint, assault with bodily injury, driving while license invalid and Cleburne warrants.
September 3
8:51 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. James Allen Gibson, 41, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a Hood County warrant for motion to revoke.
12:00 a.m., 100 block South Holloway Street, warrant service. Lasha Eileen Spacek, 22, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Brazos County warrant.
3:10 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Victoria Anne Worcester, 21, of Burleson was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant.

The Cleburne Yellow Jackets beat Burleson, 62-48, on Friday night at Yellow Jacket Gym to move to 2-7 in District 7-A play. Burleson fell to 2-7 in league play with the loss.

Fallen deputy Clifton Taylor’s sister, Megan Davis, takes a picture of a painting of her brother on Monday during a dedication to the deputy. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office renamed its building to the Clifton Taylor Law Enforcement Center in honor of the deputy who lost his life during a disturbance call in April. The picture was painted by Fort Worth artist Gary Crouch. Three pictures were made and one will hang in the Clifton Taylor Law Enforcement Center. The other two paintings were presented as gifts to Taylor’s parents and his fiancee.

The eyes of fallen deputy Clifton Taylor’s family began to swell with tears during a dedication hosted by Johnson County Sheriff Bob Alford and the sheriff’s office.
