The following is a list of arrests — except for minor traffic violations — based on public records at the Cleburne Police Department. Individuals are presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.



July 1

4:08 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Christopher Henderson, 24, of Burleson was taken into custody on Hood County and Burleson warrants.

July 3

2:14 p.m., 4200 block North Main Street, traffic stop for driving 67 mph in a 55 mph zone. David Bernard Williams, 22, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on Fort Worth and Euless warrants.

3:56 p.m., East Henderson and Washington streets, traffic stop for following too closely. Ryan Isham Dillard, 18, Cleburne was taken into custody on two Johnson County warrants.

July 4

12:05 a.m., Sabine and Park streets, traffic stop for failure to signal. Charles Edward Grier, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Tarrant County warrant.

1:26 a.m., 500 block North Anglin Street, noise disturbance. Gary Shane Ripley, 19, of Carlton was taken into custody on a parole warrant. Kenneth Holinbaugh, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

2:37 a.m., Surry Place and Nolan River Road, disturbance call. Chance Wade Rosser, 21, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of DWI. Richard Dean Eby Jr., 23, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

2:52 p.m., 100 block West Court, disturbance call. David Sylvio Gilbert, 35, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a parole warrant and four Johnson County warrants.

8:36 p.m., Royal and Colorado streets, traffic stop for failure to signal. Michael Brown, 55, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Denton warrants.

11:29 p.m., Carver Park. Officer spotted people in the park after curfew. Ismael Solis, 19, of Cleburne and Tomas Alvarado, 17, of Cleburne were taken into custody on charges of illegal consumption. Gerardo Solis, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication. Favia Ortiz, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of public intoxication and possession of cocaine.

11:50 p.m., Heard and Shaw streets, disturbance call. Christopher Chad Boone, 17, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of illegal consumption.

July 5

12:25 a.m., 400 block Myers Street, traffic stop for reckless driving. Neenah Caron Pino, 35, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of DWI and driving while license invalid. Stephen Don Wilganoski, 33, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication. Ryan Dwayne Lackey, 33, of Cleburne was taken in custody on charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest and two Cleburne warrants.

12:55 a.m., 2000 block East Henderson Street, disturbance call. Juan Diego Garcia, 23, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of assault A family violence.

1:29 a.m., 700 North Main Street. Man riding a bicycle on the wrong side of the road with no head light. sidronio Morales Baeza, 54, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

2:07 a.m., 600 block Turner Street, traffic stop for defective tail light. Melanie Jean Short, 30, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

9:29 a.m., 200 block South Anglin Street, traffic stop for failure to signal. John Martin, 25, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Johnson County warrants. Norman Mike, 32, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

8:57 p.m., 3000 block North Main Street, traffic stop for failure to signal. Christina Jeanette Sledge, 31, of Cleburne was taken into custody on Johnson County, Burleson and Hutchins warrants.

July 6

12:46 a.m., North Main and Commerce streets. Officer saw a man drive a pickup through a drainage ditch spraying rocks and dirt. Michael Todd Taylor, 32, of Granbury was taken into custody on charges of DWI and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

2:37 a.m., Nolan River and West Henderson streets. Officer in a convenience store noticed a man experiencing difficulty maintaining his balance. Shawn Lee Cormeans, 31, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

10:20 a.m., Texas 171 and U.S. 67, traffic stop for driving 52 mph in a 40 mph zone. Bridgette Danielle Bostic, 23, of Burleson was taken into custody on one Mansfield and two Johnson County warrants.

3:11 p.m., Cleburne Police Department. A man arrived to turn himself in on a warrant. James Marcus McDaniel, 50, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Parker County warrant for theft.

4:25 p.m., 900 block North Main Street. Officers dispatched to Carniceria Mi Pueblo Meat Market in reference to an employee theft from the cash register. Maribel Perez, 19, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of theft between $1,500 and $20,000.

6:48 p.m., 300 block West Kilpatrick Street, traffic stop for a region hit on a license plate. Eugene Ellison, 42, of Cleburne and Daphne Denise Fuller Ellison, 52, of Cleburne were taken into custody on charges of hindering apprehension. Kerri Osha Ellison, 21, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of failure to show identification and Cleburne and Crowley warrants.

9:51 p.m., 200 block South Robinson Street, traffic stop for failure to stop. Ronald Lynn Braswell, 41, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Tarrant County warrant. Scotty Lynn Braswell, 19, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant. Ben Royce Bryce, 32, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of resisting search and possession of paraphernalia.

July 7

8:20 a.m., 8:20 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Arthur Ray Collard II, 19, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for adjudication of supervision.

2:29 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Loyd Dwaine Ratliff, 41, of Crowley was taken into custody on two Johnson County warrants.

4:27 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Jerry Loyd Beckham Jr., 39, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for motion to revoke.

10:01 p.m., 800 block West Chambers Street, disturbance call. Lester Darwin Everage Jr., 42, of Rio Vista was taken into custody on a charge of possession of marijuana.

July 8

1:45 a.m., Main and Kilpatrick streets, vehicle with occupants parked in the lot of a closed business. Stephanie Kay Province, 21, of Weatherford was taken into custody on a charge of possession of marijuana and two Weatherford warrants.

5:50 p.m., Wal-Mart, shoplifter call. Brandi Michelle Harrell, 30, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of class B theft and one warrant each from Fort Worth and Lancaster.

July 9

8:05 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Leonel Rhodes Taylor, 33, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Dallas County warrants.

1:32 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Walter Floyd Brown, 42, of Alvarado was taken into custody on one Johnson County and two Burleson warrants.

3:45 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Frank David Terrazas, 52, of Burleson was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for delivery of a controlled substance.

5:04 p.m., Willingham and Wilhite streets. Warrant service. Vickie Lynn Thrasher, 38, of Venus was taken into custody on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and an Alvarado warrant. April Michelle Daniell, 36, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and a Johnson County warrant. Jerry Lee Coggins, 42, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and a Johnson County warrant.

9:35 p.m., Hurst Police Department. Prisoner transfer. Joseph Scott Booker, 21, of Joshua was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

11:21 p.m., 800 block North Robinson Street, traffic stop for improper right turn. Dean Martinez Lopez, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of illegal consumption.

July 10

1:45 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Robert Eugene Conrad, 44, of Venus was taken into custody on an Ellis County warrant for theft of property $20-$500 by check.

3:46 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Rodrigo Desouza Garcia, 21, of Keene was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for adjudication of supervision.

7:06 p.m., Ramsey and Anglin streets, traffic stop for spinning tires. Imael Gomez, 21, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on a charge of possession of marijuana.

July 11

10:51 a.m., South Caddo and East Third streets, traffic stop for expired buyer’s tag. Brian Keith Hawley, 19, of Granbury was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

12:24 p.m., 1200 block Tanglewood Drive, disturbance call. Jahari Desmond Courts, 36, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Johnson County warrants.

2:30 p.m., Wal-Mart, theft call. Chase William Dugger, 17, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of class B theft.

10:59 p.m., 100 block East Willingham Street, traffic stop for driving in the center of the road. Derek Wade Miller, 28, of Cleburne was taken into custody on seven Cleburne warrants. Estella Olguin Rodriguez, 31, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant.

July 12

12:50 a.m., 200 block West Wardville Street. Officer noticed a man stumbling while he walked. Christopher Charles Jordon, 25, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of marijuana and public intoxication.

July 13

12:02 a.m., 100 block Wilson Street. Officer noticed a man walking on the wrong side of the road. Chad Edwards Kesterson, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of marijuana and minor in consumption of alcohol.

8:23 a.m., 400 block West Henderson Street, traffic stop for defective brake light. Wendolyn Renee Smith, 43, of Keene was taken into custody on a charge of DWI.

July 14

12:34 a.m., 2200 block Lakeshore Drive. Officer responded to a call regarding people swimming in Lake Pat Cleburne after hours. Jose Antonio Munoz, 19, of Cleburne and Jesus Correo Munoz, 18, of Cleburne were taken into custody on charges of public intoxication.

1:00 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Fernando Contrerras, 35, of Grandview was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant.

8:24 p.m., 1900 block Starling Court, loud-music call. Kristoffer Mayse, 21, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant for accumulation of junk and debris.

July 15

1:16 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Terry Yolanda Combs, 55, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.

3:00 p.m., 1500 block East Henderson Street, disturbance call. Jose Antonio Quiles, 27, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Rio Vista and two Johnson County warrants.

July 16

3:55 p.m., Sabine and Park streets, warrant service. Jonathan Dearl Hasty, 23, of Cleburne was taken into custody on one Cleburne and four Joshua warrants.

5:00 p.m., No address given. Police dispatched on an assault involving a knife. A man told police that Marquita Ann Taylor, 18, of Cleburne threw a knife across the room, which struck him in the abdomen resulting in a small cut. Police took Taylor into custody on a charge of aggravated assault family violence.



All of the above people were taken into custody and transported to the Johnson County Corrections Center unless otherwise noted.

    A robust breeze alleviated the heat somewhat Monday morning at Cleburne Memorial Cemetery, but also played pandemonium with the setting up of a memorial table for POW and MIA veterans. Wind tipped a vase holding a single rose shattering it on the pavement. A hastily retrieved replacement held out but at one point toppled causing water to spill inches shy of the public announcement speaker.
