Cleburne Police Department. Individuals are presumed

innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.



July 20

7:34 p.m., Henderson and Main streets. Officer dispatched in reference to an accident. Rebecca Faye Dent, 38, of Keene was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

10:02 p.m., 900 block Thurman Street. Officer dispatched in reference to a disturbance. Bobby Glenn Jordan, 76, of Cleburne and Janet Deanne Graves, 44, of Cleburne were taken into custody on charges of assault A family violence.

July 21

1:36 a.m., 300 block Elmo Street. Officer dispatched in reference to an intoxicated person causing a disturbance on a front porch. Tanya Daniece Maggard, 41, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

9:06 a.m., 1900 block North Main Street, traffic stop for defective light. William David Gray, 34, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Denton warrant for accumulation of trash, rubbish and garbage.

10:17 a.m., 1700 block North Nolan River Road. Officer dispatched in reference to an assault. Kahn Term Chambly, 26, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

5:08 p.m., 900 block West Henderson Street, traffic stop for a peeling inspection sticker. David Jay Anthony, 25, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of failure to show identification and driving while license invalid.

9:01 p.m., Boone and Erie streets, traffic stop for defective head light. Jose Manuel Caro-Perez, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of failure to show identification and three Cleburne warrants.

11:24 p.m., Farm-to-Market Road 3038 and Main Street, traffic stop for weaving. Candice Gail Peterson, 26, of Joshua was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication. Bryan Wayne Autry, 40, of Joshua was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication. Cody Dee Davis, 26, of Joshua was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

July 22

1:59 a.m., Granbury and Moon streets, traffic stop for failing to stop at a stop sign. Larry Wayne Bradshaw, 34, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

2:08 a.m., Williams and Granbury streets, traffic stop for failure to signal. Roman Sotelo, 17, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

8:00 p.m., 2100 block North Main Street. Officer dispatched in reference to a vehicle burglary. Douglas Earl Sims, 41, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of burglary of a vehicle.

8:13 p.m., U.S. 67 Loop. Officers dispatched in reference to a possibly intoxicated driver. Witness said the occupants were throwing beer cans out the window and driving an excessive rate of speed. Danny Lee Whitehaead Jr., 20, of Cleburne and Angela Rose Harris, 18, of Burleson were taken into custody on charges of illegal consumption. Sara Michelle Cheney, 19, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

11:15 p.m., 1000 block East Henderson Street, traffic stop for failure to signal. Brandon James Tatum, 32, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana and two Johnson County warrants. Rachel Carlene Tatum, 26, of Burleson was taken into custody on Fort Worth warrants.

July 23

11:04 p.m., Boat ramp at Lakeshore Drive. Officer spotted people drinking beer near the boat ramp. Melissa Jo Lankford, 40, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Camp County warrant for motion to revoke.

July 24

12:44 a.m., 600 block Barber Street. Officer dispatched in reference to a dispute. Donald Allen Harlan, 48, address unknown was taken into custody on a Texas Department of Criminal Justice parole warrant and a Fort Worth warrant.

July 25

2:25 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Matthew Dean Pullin, 30, of Granbury was taken into custody on Johnson County warrants for driving while intoxicated, revocation of supervision and resisting arrest.

3:00 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Janice Laverne Halbert, 29, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for prohibited weapon.

4:57 p.m., 300 block West Henderson Street. Officer dispatched in reference to an accident. Jorge Antonio Aguilar, 17, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of failure to show identification.

July 26

5:22 p.m., Wal-Mart. Officer dispatched in reference to a theft. Jason Leon Camp, 34, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of class B theft.

July 27

10:00 a.m., 800 block Marengo Street. Officer dispatched in response to a residential alarm. Matthew Aaron George, 19, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of illegal consumption.



July 26

10:20 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Dawn Stephanie Driver, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for bond forfeiture.

10:54 p.m., 200 block Pacific Street, traffic stop for defective license-plate light. Heather Eveline Boldon, 26, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of methamphetamine, fictitious inspection sticker, failure to show identification and a Johnson County warrant for endangering a child.

July 27

12:38 a.m., 300 block East Willingham Street, traffic stop for improper turn. Melissa Lynne Smith, 38, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Brenell Ellison, 40, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of paraphernalia possession.

11:04 a.m., Woodruff and Sally streets, traffic stop for driving 47 in a 30. Patrick Leonard Challis, 38, of Cleburne was taken into custody on Kaufman County warrants for discharging a fire extinguisher and violating a promise to appear.

July 28

12:14 a.m., 1700 block Short Street. Officers dispatched in reference to a disturbance. Constanfino Abundiz Santana, 25, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

12:14 a.m., Royal and Trinity streets. Officer stopped a man walking on the wrong side of the road. Herman McCullough, 45, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

12:38 a.m., 2200 block North Main Street, traffic stop for failure to signal. Crystal Ann Whisenhunt, 22, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Ashley Denise Jones, 19, of Grandview was taken into custody on a Grandview warrant.

10:45 a.m., 400 block West Chambers Street. Warrant service. Jaime Pacheco Ledezma, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant for consumption of alcohol by a minor.

11:11 a.m., 500 block South Colonial Drive, traffic stop for driving 44 in a 30. Curry Chance Berg, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of fleeing the police.

9:25 p.m., 3800 block Windmill Road, traffic stop for driving 42 in a 30. Maria Cardona, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of failure to show identification.

10:10 p.m., 100 block West Court. Officers dispatched in reference to an assault. Bennie Lee Shepard, 50, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of aggravated-family-violence assault.

10:29 p.m., North Pacific and Robbins streets. Officer saw two men with alcohol who appeared to be younger than 21. Both jumped into a parked vehicle when they saw the officer, according to reports. Laureno Garcia, 20, of Cleburne and Roberto Najera, 20, of Cleburne were taken into custody on charges of illegal consumption.

July 29

2:05 a.m., 3100 block North Main Street. Officers found a man passed out in a pickup after being dispatched in reference to a disturbance. Felipe Pacheco, 43, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

2:23 a.m., 1200 block Country Club Road, traffic stop for defective brake light. Shonna Lewis, 18, of Godley was taken into custody on a charge of illegal consumption.

9:37 a.m., 600 block North Robinson Street, traffic stop for failure to signal. Angel Gonzalez Hernandez, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of failure to show identification.

July 30

4:15 a.m., Grand and Southern streets, traffic stop for a cancelled license plate. Patrick Morris, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant for theft under $50.

2:58 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. James David Kittle, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.

4:13 p.m., 1000 block Grand Avenue. Officers dispatched in reference to a disturbance. Phyllis Melvia Stierwqalt, 17, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of assault A family violence.



All the above people taken into custody were transported to the Johnson County

Corrections Center unless otherwise noted.
