8-28 Felony arrests

The following felony arrests are taken from public records at the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. All individuals should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.



Aug. 9-10

zx Kimberly Ann Clark aka Kimberly Ann Roye aka Kimberly Ann Royal aka Kimberly An Chaik, 35, Cleburne, theft of property under $1,500/2 or more previous convictions.

zx Cynthia Hosack Goodspeed, 52, Cleburne, hindering apprehension or prosecution of known felon.

zx Tabatha Lynn Goodspeed aka Arrin Kendall Watlington, 22, Cleburne, obtaining controlled substance by fraud.

zx Dustin Michael Guillory, 21, Cleburne, unauthorized use of vehiucle/Jefferson Couynty, burglary of building/Jefferson Couynty, burglary of building/Jefferson County, burglary of habitation/Tyler County, burglary of habitation/Tyler County, credit card or debit card abuse.

zx Geraldo Devora Ibarra aka Gerardo Devora Ibara, 24, Burleson, failure to comply with sex offender registration enhanced.

zx Courtney Queen Mickens aka Courtney Simms aka Robert Simms, 34, Fort Worth, unlawful possession of firearm by felon enhanced, possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

zx Wesley Johnathan Mitchell, 26, Alvarado, military desertion

Aug. 11-12

zx Leonard Steven Bushong, 4, Cleburne, driving while intoxicated third or more.

zx Mark Anthony Costello, 43, Cleburne, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, unlawful possession of firearm by felon.

zx Daniel Alberto Estupinian, 18, Dallas, evading arrest detentioikn with vehicle.

zx Michelle Anne Garcia aka Angel, 24, North Richland Hills, possession of controlled substance.

zx Bobbi Linn Riley, 42, Arlington, forgery financial instrument.

zx Mark Amon Shehorn, aka Runt Shehorn, 45, Burleson, delivery of controlled substance 1G to 4G.

zx Christie Renee Young, 3, Cleburne, possession of controlled substance 1G to 4G.

Aug. 12-13

zx Boyce Scott Dugosh, 35, Longview, driving while intoxicated third or more.

zx Roger Lee Eddleman, 17, Cleburne, criminal mischief $1,500 to $20,000.

zx Todd Jacob Garner, 20, Orange, theft $1,500 to $20,000.

zx Tommy Glenn Garrett, 37, Cleburne, criminal nonsupport.

zx Theresa Marie Puente, 38, Austin, hinder secure creditors.

  • Court approves additional costs for CASA radar

    Johnson County commissioners on Monday approved an additional $5,300 toward the installation of the Collaborative Adaptive Sensing of the Atmosphere weather radar unit allocated to the county by the North Central Texas Council of Governments.

    Denise Harmon, a self-described “wife, mother, mentor, public speaker, vessel for heart change, servant-leader and a beloved daughter of God,” will be the featured lay speaker at Wednesday’s Holy Week service, which will begin at 7 a.m. in the Cleburne Conference Center.
