A 41-year-old Cleburne man was in Johnson County Law Enforcement Center Monday on charges of resisting arrest transport (two counts), aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
Jose Granado was assessed a total of $4,500 bond by Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Ronny McBroom.
In other business, Christian Graziadel, 37, of Burleson was charged with assault causing bodily injury family violence. Bond was $1,500 with a 60-day emergency protective order.
Joseph McElwain Jr., 30, of Burleson was charged with interfering with an emergency phone call. Bond was $2,000.
John Lackey, 48, of Cleburne was charged with DWI open container. Bond was $2,000.
Ricky Hernandez, 23, of Alvarado was charged with failure to stop and render aid and intoxicated assault serious bodily injury. Bond was $5,000 on the first charge and $5,000 on the second.
Elozia Angel, 24, of Fort Worth was arrested on a Dallas warrant for theft enhanced. Bond was $3,005.

James Dobbs, 50, of Alvarado was charged with evading arrest. Bond was $1,000.
Matthew Riley, 27, of Cleburne was charged with aggravated assault deadly weapon. Bond was $15,000 with 91-day EPO.
Dora Turrubiartes, 35, of Cleburne was charged with failure to ID. Bond was $1,000.
Jaime Alonzo, 23, of Cleburne was charged with possession of marijuana. Bond was $500.
Anthony Bonney, 49, of Mansfield was arrested on a Tarrant County warrant for assault family member with previous conviction. Bond was $5,000.
Richard Casteel, 21, of Burleson was arrested on a Grayson County warrant for assault bodily injury family member. Bond was $2,500.
Pat Gilliland, 62, of Fort Worth was charged with tampering with government records and forgery. Total bond was $20,000.
Cory Eisel, 34, of Cleburne was arrested on a Montgomery County warrant for burglary of a building violation of parole. Bond was denied.
Jimmy Clements, 51, of Cleburne was charged with motion to revoke possession of controlled substance 1g to 4g. Bond was $5,000.
Eric Lopez, 33, of Houston was charged with possession of marijuana. Bond was $500.
Jose Torres, 30, of Arlington was charged with fraudulent use of identifying information and failure to ID fugitive. Total bond was $6,000.
Steven Page, 45, of Burleson, was charged with DWI second. Bond was $3,000 with interlock device.
Jannel Smith, 39, of Fort Worth was charged with possession of controlled substance under 1g, possession of controlled substance 4g to 400g and engaging in organized criminal activity. Total bond was $30,000.

Oscar Mar, 34, of Fort Worth was arrested on a Tarrant County warrant for assault bodily injury family violence. Bond was $2,500.
Ronnie Wilkerson, 29, of Lubbock was charged with making false report to officer. Bond was $1,000.
Curtis Selement, 58, of Burleson was charged with DWI. Bond was $1,000.
Alfred Allen, 24, of Cleburne was charged with assaulting public servant and resisting arrest. Bond was $25,000 on the first charge and $1,000 on the second.
Adam Mojica, 21, of Cleburne was arrested on a McLennan County warrant for bond forfeiture possession of marijuana 4 ounces to 5 pounds and possession of marijuana 2 to 4 ounces. Bond was $250,000 on the first charge and $1,000 on the second.
Orlando Pina, 36, of Fort Worth was charged with nonpayment of child support. Cash bond was $5,000.
Marci Simmons, 32, of Walnut Springs was indicted or theft to $200,000. Bond was $100,000.
Salley Beauvais, 44, of Cleburne was charged with hindering apprehension. Bond was $5,000.
Erica Becnel, 34, of Baton Rouge, La., was charged with DWI. Bond was $1,000.
Ester Rodriguez, 48, of Cleburne was charged with theft $50 to $500 and failure to ID. Bond was $500 for each charge.
Christopher Lebow, 34, of Alvarado was charged with sex offenders failure to register. Bond was $5,000.
Victor Martinez, 35, of Fort Worth was charged with DWI third or more. Bond was $10,000 with interlock device and weekly drug testing.
Rebecca Stewart, 19, of Burleson was charged with assault bodily injury. Bond was $1,500 with 61-day EPO.

Officials, residents remember those who gave it all
A robust breeze alleviated the heat somewhat Monday morning at Cleburne Memorial Cemetery, but also played pandemonium with the setting up of a memorial table for POW and MIA veterans. Wind tipped a vase holding a single rose shattering it on the pavement. A hastily retrieved replacement held out but at one point toppled causing water to spill inches shy of the public announcement speaker.
