Cooks charged in 4-year-old's death
Cleburne police today arrested David and Angel Cook on charges of injury to a child and put a $75,000 bond on each of them. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner lists 4-year-old Buddy Cook's cause of death as homicide by starvation. More information to come.
