The following is a list of arrests — except for minor traffic violations — based on public records at the Cleburne Police Department. 

 

July 5

1:58 p.m., Walmart. Jeffrey S. Davis, 48, Cleburne, theft. 

 

July 6

2:30 a.m., 2100 block North Main Street, traffic stop. Michael Wayne Warren, 41, Cleburne, DWI. 

 

July 7 

4:25 a.m., 1100 block East Henderson Street, welfare check. Roger Dwayne Wilson, 53, Cleburne, public intoxication. 

4:49 a.m., 1600 block West Henderson Street. Police cited a man for public urination.

10:10 p.m., 3200 block North Main Street, traffic stop. David William Hunter, 47, Cleburne, possession of marijuana. 

 

July 8

9:29 a.m., 200 block North Nolan River Road. Eric Hernandez, 22, fraudulent use of identifying information. 

 

July 11

12:26 a.m., 600 block North Main Street, traffic stop. Stetson Lee Camp, 25, Cleburne, two Johnson County warrants. Passenger was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

July 13

9:57 p.m., 300 block South Walnut Street, traffic stop. Gary Don Layton, 24, Joshua, driving while license invalid, no insurance. 

 

July 15 

3:00 a.m., 100 block North Ridgeway Drive, suspicious person call. Zechariah Johnathon Bolen, 22, Joshua, possession of drug paraphernalia. 

3:00 a.m., 300 block West 2nd Street, suspicious person call. Michael Glen Mustin, 30, Cleburne, park curfew violation. 

 

 

July 16 

1:10 a.m., 1600 block North Nolan River Road, traffic stop. Jessie Daniel Hoy, 21, Cleburne, driving with license invalid, no proof of insurance, warrants. Joshua Starks, 17, Cleburne, possession of marijuana. 

5:18 a.m., 500 block West Henderson Street, accident. Michael Montiel Beamon, 31, Dallas, driving with license invalid, no proof of insurance, possession of marijuana. 

1:33 p.m., 600 block West Henderson Street, traffic stop. Carson Miguel Lewis, 41, Cleburne, driving with license invalid, no proof of insurance. Emily Nicole Myatt, 21, Cleburne, failure to identify a fugitive, warrants. 

5:30 p.m., 1000 block East Kilpatrick Street, agency assist. Jose Bernabe Hidalgo, 27, Keene, Cleburne warrant. 

8:40 p.m., 700 block Williams Avenue, wanted person. Robert Joseph Birdsong, 34, Cleburne, Rio Vista and White Settlement warrants. 

11:39 p.m., 2000 block South Main Street, wanted person. Brandon Ezekiel Weatherford, 29, Cleburne, Johnson County warrant. Terina Deanne Sampson, Cleburne and Johnson County warrants.

    The culprit of a Monday single-vehicle accident was long gone by the time Cleburne police and firefighters arrived on scene. Rescue workers responded at 9:50 p.m. to the 2200 block of North Main to find a Chevrolet Silverado with heavy front end and undercarriage damage.
