Alvarado sophomore Tara Sloan and her mother, Teresa Sloan, work on a lab experiment in Lisa Burge’s science class on Freaky Friday at Alvarado High School. More than 500 parents and guests came to the campus for the fifth annual event, which allows parents to experience their children’s classes.
