Cleburne man charged with injury to child

— A 19-year-old Cleburne man was in Johnson County Law Enforcement Center on  Wednesday on charges of injury to a child.

Cory Windell was assessed $25,000 bond and a 90-day emergency protective order by Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Ronny McBroom.

In other business, Julie Lewis, 20, of Keller was charged with prohibited weapon switchblade. Bond was $1,000.

Mark Crabtree, 59, of Cleburne was charged with criminal trespass. Bond was $500.

Larry McGee, 40, of Alvarado was charged with deadly conduct firearm and burglary of a habitat with intent to commit assault. Total bond was $30,000.

Tyrel Roorda, 17, of Burleson was charged with manufacture delivery of controlled substance 400g bond insufficient. Bond was $30,000 with weekly drug testing.

Rhett Clanton, 30, of Granbury was charged with two counts of failure to ID and driving with invalid license. Total bond was $5,000.

Herminio Frias Jr., 25, of Fort Worth was charged with possession of marijuana. Bond was $2,500.

James Reeves, 33, of Burleson was arrested on a Tarrant County warrant for possession of a controlled substance 1g to 4g. Bond was $15,000.

Roderick McBride, 41, of Fort Worth was charged with theft of property $20,000 to $100,000. Bond was $5,000.

Simon Avila Jr., 21, of Alvarado was charged with theft by check $20 to $500 and arrested on Ellis County warrants for theft of property $50 to $500 and assault bodily injury. Total bond was $17,000.

Robert Enox, 19, of Burleson was arrested on a Denton County warrant for parole violation burglary of a habitat. Bond was denied.



Tuesday charges

April Dugger, 21, of Cleburne was charged with theft $50 to $500. Bond was $500.

Amanda Donaldson, 30, of Cleburne was charged with resisting arrest, two counts of assault on a public servant and Class B theft. Bond was a total of $11,500.

Felicia Blocker, 21, of Cleburne was charged with theft $50 to $500. Bond was $500.

Tydrick Calton, 18, of Burleson was arrested on a Tarrant County warrant for possession of controlled substance. Bond was denied.

Roderick McBride, 41, of Fort Worth was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of firearm by felon. Total bond was $20,000.

Dennis Ayers, 30, of Burleson was arrested on a Hood County motion to revoke marijuana possession. Bond was $3,000.

Carl Hammond, 38, of Cleburne was charged with possession of controlled substance 1g to 4g bond insufficient. Bond was $20,000 with weekly drug testing.

Johnny Sanders, 50, of Burleson was charged with DWI second. Bond was $3,000 with interlock device.

John Collins III, 35, of Fort Worth was indicted for theft $1,500 with two previous convictions. Bond was $5,000.

Greg Buckley, 50, of Grandview was indicted for burglary of a building. Bond was $10,000.

Nicholas Cheek, 29, of Burleson was indicted for possession of a controlled substance. Bond was $30,000.

Chad Cox, 21, of Dallas was indicted for possession of controlled substance 4g to 200g intent to deliver and evading arrest with vehicle. Total bond was $25,000.

Harold Wholfe Jr., 30, of Cleburne was indicted for aggravated robbery. Bond was 10,000.

Joshua Lewis, 33, of Alvarado was indicted for aggravated assault deadly weapon on a public servant and two counts of injury to a child. Total bond was $100,000.

Kenyon Harris, 18, of Cleburne was indicted for prohibited substance in correction facility and tempering with evidence. Total bond was $30,000.

Johnny Shipman, 48, of Cleburne was indicted for failure to comply with sex offenders registration. Bond was $10,000.

Jacob Davidson, 18, of Cleburne was indicted for two counts of burglary of a habitat. Bond was $20,000.

Michael Lavoie, 57, of Joshua was indicted for eight counts of aggravated robbery enhanced. Bond was $200,000.

Benjamin Schillaci, 29, of Alvarado was indicted for  assault public servant and two counts of aggravated assault deadly weapon. Bond was $40,000.

Derek Perry, 33, of Joshua was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled substance 1g to 4g. Bond was $10,000.

Jeremy Ballinger, 27, of Rendon was indicted for evading arrest with a vehicle. Bond was $5,000.

Kaley McClintock, 28, of Burleson was indicted for possession of controlled substance 1g to 4g. Bond was $5,000.

Anthony Strube, 43, of Granbury was indicted for possession of a controlled substance 1g to 4g. Bond was $7,500.

Troy Gardner, 37, of Fort Worth was indicted for fraudulent use of identifying information and tampering with government records. Total bond was $50,000.

Charles Bryant, 18, of Ennis was indicted for possession of controlled substance. Bond was $10,000.

Robert Thomas, 42, of Aledo was indicted for possession of controlled substance 1g to 4g. Bond was $20,000.

Kelly Unterburger, 48, of Fort Worth was indicted for possession of controlled substance 4g to 220g with intent to deliver. Bond was $25,000.

Joseph Palasota, 43, of Cleburne was indicted for assault family violence choking. Bond was $5,000.

Cleo Chandler, 30, of Cleburne was indicted for  evading arrest detention with previous conviction and evading arrest with vehicle previous conviction. Total bond was $5,000.

Nathan Cox, 22, of Alvarado was indicted for possession of controlled substance under 28g with intent to deliver. Bond was $10,000.

Leslie Dahn, 41, of Fort Worth was indicted for two counts of possession of controlled substance 1g to 4g. Total bond was $40,000.

Michael Hartman, 26, of Burleson was indicted on two counts of assault on a public servant. Total bond was $10,000.

Dainesha Washington, 22, of Cleburne was indicted for hindering apprehension of a felon. Bond was $10,000.
