The following is a list of magistrations performed by Johnson County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Ronny McBroom.


December 8

• Michael Rios, 34, Crowley, DWI, $1,000 bond.

• Chance Allan Porter, 19, Cleburne, robbery and unauthorized used of a motor vehicle, bonds total $20,000.

• Timothy Dale Green, 24, Cleburne, assault, $3,000 bond.

• Arnold Joe Sanders III, 32, Alvarado, DWI, $1,000 bond.

• Dirk Lee Boyd, 28, White Settlement, DWI with open container, $1,500 bond.

• Mikel Curtis Tarver, 47, Burleson, driving while license invalid with no insurance and failure to provide identification, bonds total $1,500. Parole hold, no bond.

• Robert Campos Payan, 21, Cleburne, Tarrant County DWI charge, owes 30 days of jail time.

• Michael Christopher Forbes, no age listed, Alvarado, driving while license invalid with no insurance, $500 bond.

• Cody Dewayne Pollard, 24, Alvarado, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $1,000 bond.

• Jason Alan Paolini, 39, Lake Worth, DWI, $1,000 bond.

• Austin T. Rielly Kinney, 19, Springtown, criminal trespass, $500 bond.

• John Robert Kelly, 18, Benbrook, possession of marijuana, $500 bond.

• Juan Castillo, 27, Kopperl, counterfeiting intellectual property, no bond.

• Kyle Bartlett Yancey, 22, Joshua, assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest and violation of a protective order, bonds total $12,000.

• Gary Eldon Roberts, 51, Garland, possession of controlled substance and Tarrant County charge of theft of property with previous conviction, bonds total $40,015. McBroom ordered Roberts to undergo weekly drug screening.

• Donald Jonathan Webb, 35, Woodson, DWI 2nd, $3,000.

• Jubal Travis Southerland, 33, Venus, possession of a controlled substance, $5,000 bond. McBroom ordered Southerland to undergo weekly drug screening.

• Ebony Keira Washington, 20, Dallas, failure to identify fugitive, $1,000 bond.

• Richard Lee Stephens, 37, Fort Worth, Collin County probation revocation, no bond.

• James Daniel McGrew, 27, Keene, fraudulent use or possession of identification and two counts of debit or credit card abuse, bonds total $120,000.

• Darren Wisdom Surveyor, 39, Joshua, assault, $3,000 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order against Surveyor.

• Jesus Angel Hidalgo, 23, Cleburne, assault, $1,500 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order against Hidalgo.

• Kenneth Ray Askins, 49, Joshua, assault, $1,500 bond. McBroom issued an emergency protective order against Askins.

    Johnson County got a new sheriff Thursday, for the day at least. Sheriff Bob Alford officially swore in Luke Lange, 9, as sheriff for a day. Lange’s father, Ben Lange, purchased the day for his son during a VIP auction held by the Chisholm Trail 100 Club in April.
