The following is a list of arrests — except for minor traffic violations — based on public records at the Cleburne Police Department. 

 

June 9

12:08 a.m., 100 block East Kilpatrick Street, disturbance call. Hector Valesquez-Acosta, 23, San Antonio, assault family violence by strangulation.

12:42 a.m., Wilson and Wilhite streets, traffic stop. Kaley Lynn Fagan, 21, Cleburne, possession of marijuana.

4:48 a.m., 1400 block Mimosa Street, disturbance call. Stephanie Coday Mejias, 31, Cleburne, public intoxication.

2:32 p.m., 600 block West Lonestar Street, disturbance call. James Ryan Reuther, 21, Cleburne, assault class A family violence.

2:32 p.m., 600 block West Lonestar Avenue, disturbance call. James Ryan Reuther, 21, Cleburne, assault class A family violence.

5:08 p.m., Walmart, theft call. Christina Michelle Hickson, 18, Keene, theft $50 to $500.

8:26 p.m., 500 block Woodard Avenue, traffic stop. Danny Ray Jewell, 46, Cleburne, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and altered inspection sticker.

June 10

12:55 a.m., 1600 block West Henderson Street, disturbance call. Jonathan Daniel Simpson, 34, Orlando, Fla., public intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault of a public servant.

11:55 p.m., Madison and Lovelady streets, traffic stop. Paul Albert Arellano, 18, Cleburne, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

 

Individuals are presumed innocent until proved guilty.
