4/23 249th District Court indictments

Grand jurors in the 249th District Court indicted 92 on April 12 including the following:

 

• Jose De Jesus Aguinaga, Alvarado, possession of a controlled substance.

• Mario Alberto Amaya, Alvarado, delivery of marijuana.

• Shirley Rena Anderson, Cleburne, obtain controlled substance by fraud.

• Huber Valdez Arana, Cleburne, possession of a controlled substance.

• Joshuah Fernando Ayala, Cleburne, delivery of marijuana.

• Jose Manuel Balderas-Garcia, Irving, DWI with child younger than 15.

• Jeremy Dean Ballinger, Burleson, aggravated assault of a public servant.

• Brandi Michelle Barnett, Joshua, possession of a controlled substance.

• James Thomas Barnett, Cleburne, possession of a controlled substance.

• Brandi K. Bentley, Mesquite, fraudulent use/possession of identification information.

• Dawn Renee Besserman, Burleson, possession of a controlled substance.

• Barney Ross Billue Sr., Cleburne, DWI 3rd or more.

• Kenneth Grady Boyd, Burleson, DWI 3rd or more.

• Benjamin Keith Bryant, Joshua, possession of marijuana.

• Christi Gail Cathey, Cleburne, possession of a controlled substance.

• Bobby Phillip Cavazos, Cleburne, retaliation.

• Amanda Louise Christian, Big Springs, sexual assault of a child.

• James Phillip Cogdell II, Burleson, possession of a controlled substance.

• Cameron Elizabeth Crist, Hillsboro, improper relationship between educator and student.

• Sheldon Mitchell Culbertson, Fort Worth, delivery of marijuana.

• Charles Brennan Davis, Glen Rose, arson.

• Nicolas Dbaun, Nemo, delivery of marijuana.

• Joshua Louis Dean, Alvarado, fraudulent use/possession of identification information.

• Stacy Dawn Duncan, Cleburne, possession of a controlled substance.

• Walter Gordon Eicker, Alvarado, burglary of a building.

• Vicente Adolfo Elizalde Jr., Burleson, engaging in organized criminal activity.

• Cody Robert Ferguson, Alvarado, tampering with evidence.

• Douglas Eugene Fisher Jr., Granbury, burglary of a building.

• Alexandria Garibaldi, Alvarado, burglary of a habitation.

• Tabitha LeeAnn George, Cleburne, possession of a controlled substance and hindering apprehension of a felon.

  • Johnson County hires new CRI coord.

    Johnson County commissioners on Monday approved a contract with Diana Claussen through which she will coordinate the Cities Readiness Initiative in Johnson County. County Emergency Management Coordinator Jamie Moore recommended Claussen to replace Brenda Campbell, who previously handled the program for the county.
