The following is a list of arrests — except for minor traffic violations — based on public records at the Cleburne Police Department. 

 

March 13

12:14 a.m., 100 block Lane Avenue, a man allegedly broke two windows. Rishawn Jermaine White, 23, of Cleburne, criminal mischief and issued a criminal trespass warning. 

11:27 p.m., 1500 block Brookhaven Drive, man spotted laying under a vehicle. Christopher Paul Gonzales, 37, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana and a Johnson County warrant.

March 14

2:15 p.m., 200 block Walls Drive, man allegedly yelling and cursing in a parking lot. Patrick Blayne Gilbert, 28, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

8:52 p.m., 300 block West Third Street, traffic stop. Dylan Eugene Stephenson, 20, of Grandview, possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone and a warrant. 

11:15 p.m., 2200 block North Nolan River Road, vehicle stopped in the road. Troy Anthony Hargrove, 41, of Rio Vista, DWI.

March 15

11:01 p.m., 1300 block Roberts Avenue, loud party. Police arrived to find five males standing around a large quantity of alcohol and saw one man urinating in the road, according to reports. Jose Rosario Munoz, 20, of Fort Worth, disorderly conduct by urination and minor in consumption of alcohol. Jose Isabel Palmillas De Ortiz Jr., 22, of Cleburne, furnishing alcohol to minors. 

March 17

1:25 a.m., 100 block Westcourt Street, fight. Wilma Dean Washington, 53, of Cleburne, assault class C family violence. 

March 19

9:24 a.m., 1200 block East Henderson. Marcuss Jose Mendez, 18, of Cleburne, possession of a controlled substance. 

March 20

8:06 p.m., 2000 block East Henderson Street, disturbance call. Dustin Tyler Lyles, 29, of Cleburne, assault class A.

March 21

12:40 a.m., 1300 block Westhill Drive, traffic stop. Doyle Edwin Henderson, 27, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana.

2:05 p.m., Walmart. Nichole Page Stroup, 20, of Cleburne, theft $50 to $500.

March 26

2:03 p.m., 600 block Robbins Street, disturbance call. Zackary Smith, 21, of Cleburne, assault.

March 27

8:45 a.m., 300 block North Douglas Street, disturbance call. Sierra Adreana Ramirez, 17, of Cleburne, assault class C family violence.

5:36 p.m., Walmart, disturbance call. Meagan G. Bennett, 27, of Fort Worth, theft less than $1,500 with two previous convictions. Samuel Thomas Peek, 60, of Fort Worth, theft less than $1,500, possession of marijuana and possession of dangerous drugs.

6:19 p.m., 600 block North Anglin Street, disturbance call. Daylen Jerome Embry, 19, of Burleson, alcohol consumption by a minor.

March 29

10:31 a.m., Walmart, disturbance call. David Leslie McCoy Jr., 23, of Cleburne, criminal trespass.

2:34 p.m., 100 block South Ridgeway Drive, fighting. Police arrested Taylor LeeAnn Good, 17, of Rio Vista, and Kelly Leahann Welch, 34, of Rio Vista, on charges of disorderly conduct by fighting.

March 30

1:53 a.m., 300 block of West Henderson Street, disturbance call. Police arrested Lenetta Lynn Pais, 40, of Cleburne, and Manuel Campos, 60, of Cleburne, on charges of public intoxication.

5:58 p.m., 700 block of College Street. Police received a possible medical call involving a woman in the road. The woman allegedly struck an officer in the arm. Erica Rayann Fagan, 34, of Cleburne, public intoxication and assault of a peace officer.

11:16 p.m., 200 block of West Henderson Street, traffic stop. Alyssa Rachelle Jemenez, 23, of Cleburne, failure to provide identification.

March 31

12:50 a.m., Byron Stewart Park. Pete Vardas Jr., 46, of Cleburne, public intoxication, silent/abusive calls to 911 and an Ellis County warrant.

April 1

3:59 a.m., West Kilpatrick Street, disturbance call. Gayland Jerod Burch, 39, of Cleburne, assault class A family violence.

10:28 p.m., 400 block West Chambers Street, traffic stop. Thomas Jarrell Maddox, 31, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana.

April 2

10:26 p.m., 600 block North Robinson Street, warrant service. Daniel Ortiz, 30, of Cleburne, Johnson County warrant. Police arrested Dalia Ortiz, 28, of Cleburne, and Angel Ortiz, 58, of Cleburne on charges of hindering apprehension.

April 5

3:28 a.m., 4200 block Texas 171, traffic accident. David Ray Hernandez, 28, of Aledo, DWI.

5:53 p.m., Williams and Dixon streets, traffic stop. Melody Gay Davis, 48, of Cleburne, failure to provide identification and warrants.

6:30 p.m., 600 block West Henderson Street, theft. Lisa Ann Young, 52, of Grandview, theft $50 to $500.

7:44 p.m., 1600 block West Henderson Street, disturbance call. Blake Ray Debusk, 23, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

7:45 p.m., 800 block North Douglas Avenue, fight. Raul Angel Alvarado, 42, of Cleburne, assault class A family violence.

8:39 p.m., 1600 block West Henderson Street, theft. Kristine Michelle Ault, 35, of Cleburne, organized retail theft.

April 6

3:21 p.m., 1600 block of West Henderson Street, theft. Weldon Thomas Landers, 39, of Godley, theft $1,500 to $20,000.

3:32 p.m., Walmart. Jordan John Schultz-Davis, 22, of Grand Prairie, theft $50 to $500.

4:07 p.m., 600 block West Henderson Street. Ruth Ellen Bullard, 38, of Cleburne, theft less than $1,500. Shirley Jane Brown, 60, of Cleburne, theft less than $50.

5:40 p.m., 1800 block of Ridgemar Drive, suspicious person. Amanda Dawn Landers, 32, of Godley, public intoxication.

10:17 p.m., 1900 block North Main Street, traffic stop. Ivan Guillermo Salcido-Avila, 21, of Glen Rose, furnishing alcohol to minors.

10:32 p.m., 300 block North Douglas Avenue, disturbance call. Sierra Adreana Ramirez, 17, of Cleburne, assault class A family violence.

April 7

10:34 p.m., 600 block West Henderson Street. Dakota Shayne Moses, 20, of Cleburne, theft less than $50, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 10

11:11 p.m., 1800 block West Henderson Street. Samantha Acosta, 20, Odessa, possession of marijuana and controlled substance.

April 11

11:17 a.m., 300 block East Willingham, disturbance call. Chelsea Krystin Francis, 26, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

2:27 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Joshuah Fernando Ayala, 31, of Joshua, falsification of a drug test and a Johnson County warrant.
