6/27 Precinct 1 magistrations

The following is a list of magistrations performed by Johnson County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Ronny McBroom:

 

June 19

• Nastassia Snow Lopez, 26, Benbrook, fraudulent use/possession of identification information, $5,000 bond.

• Jeana Renae Hawkins, 51, Burleson, DWI and accident involving damage to a vehicle, bonds total $1.500.

• Charles Warren Henderson, 46, Covington, DWI 3rd, $10,000 bond. McBroom ordered an interlock device on Henderson’s vehicle.

• Colton Rowdy Hickox, 23, Burleson, possession of marijuana and a controlled substance, bonds total $10,500. McBroom ordered Hickox to undergo weekly drug screening.

• Cody Janzen New, 28, Mansfield, possession of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond. McBroom ordered New to undergo weekly drug screening.

• Christopher Dean Murphy, 22, Benbrook, Hays County failure to appear on theft charge, $6,000 bond.

• Montrell Xavier Jefferson, 38, Amarillo, indicted for possession of a prohibited item in a correctional facility, $5,000 bond. Bench warrant on the same, no bond. McBroom ordered Jefferson to undergo weekly drug screening.

• Joe Edward Tims, 43, Fort Worth, altered vehicle registration sticker, $500 bond.

• Jeremy Glen Hulce, 30, Cleburne, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $1,000 bond.

• Maritza Perez, 40, Keene, DWI with open container, $4,000 bond. McBroom ordered an interlock device on Perez’s vehicle.

 

June 20

• Timothy Robert Broxson, 32, homeless, theft, $500 bond.

• Misty Dawn Seargent, 25, Trinidad, Van Zandt County charge of criminal trespass, $5,000 bond.

• Ronnie Dale Spearman, 61, Covington, bond insufficient on DWI 2nd, $6,000 bond. McBroom ordered in interlock device on Spearman’s vehicle.

• Jerry Guerrero, 18, Fort Worth, surety withdrawal on accident involving damage to a vehicle, $1,000 bond. 

• Renando Fernando Garza Jr., 34, Cleburne, driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $1,000 bond.

• Joseph Craig Keen, 27, Cleburne, Parker County motion to revoke driving while license invalid with previous conviction, $6,000 bond.

• Jason Charles Freese, 32, Cleburne, indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, $150,000 bond.

• Jimmie Harlin Wynn Jr., 66, Cleburne, indicted for possession of a controlled substance, $15,000 bond.

• Michael Brian Colson, 32, Cleburne, Tarrant County charge of possession of a controlled substance, $50,000.

    A Cleburne teen was killed and three young men — including two more from Johnson County — were injured Saturday in a one-vehicle accident just north of Whitney, according to The Hillsboro Reporter.

  • Johnson County hires new CRI coord.

    Johnson County commissioners on Monday approved a contract with Diana Claussen through which she will coordinate the Cities Readiness Initiative in Johnson County. County Emergency Management Coordinator Jamie Moore recommended Claussen to replace Brenda Campbell, who previously handled the program for the county.
