The following felony arrests are taken from public recorrds at the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office. All individuals should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.



July 17-20

zx Mario Avila, 22, Cleburne, forgery.

zx Lisa Ann Bruce, 34, Cleburne, secure execution document deception.

zx Cathy Goodall, 34, Aledo, possession of controlled substance, forgery government document, fraudulent use/possession of identifying information.

zx Christina Rochelle Guiterrez, 22, Fort Worth, possession of controlled substance 4G to 200G with inbtent to deliver.

zx Michael Ward Hartzell, 50, Fort Worth, forgery by passing check.

zx Nicholas Eugene Johnson, 18, Lillian, possession of controlled substance 1G to 4G.

zx Adrian Monrroy, 45, Alvarado, aggravated assault family w/weapon, retaliation.

zx Johnny Dwayne Moore Jr. aka Johnny Dewayne Moore, 34, Jacksboro, possession of controlled substance.

zx Leodan Tijerina aka Leo Dan Tijerina, 38, Cleburne, assault causing bodily injury.

zx Bradley Dale Whitehead, 39, Cleburne, driving while intoxicated third or more.

July 16-17

zx Justin Wayne Boon, 21, Midlothian, credit card or debit card abuse.

zx Dustin Lee Brooks, 33, Farmers Branch, murder (released to Seagoville PD), violation of parole.

zx Gary Scott Dagenais, 45, Cleburne, possession of controlled substance.

zx John Scott Goodwin aka Red Goodwin, 37, Crowley, possession opf controlled substance.

zx Andrew Guillen, 38, Godley, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.

zx Marco Antonio Martinez, 20, Arlington, theft of firearm.

zx Lonnie Lee Rotenberry aka LL, 29, Kennedale, unlawful use of criminal instrument.

zx Juan A. Sanchez-Balderas, 21, Mansfield, injury to child/elderly/disabled.

zx Tammy Clair Totura, 38, Grandview, manufacture and delivery of controlled substance 1g to 4g.

zx Tracie Dawn Woods, 32, Fort Worth, possession of controlled substance.

July 15-16

zx Casey Lea Brooks, 21, Cleburne, evading arrest/detention with vehicle.

zx Brad L. Byers, 34, Cleburne, molestation of juvenile oral sex battery and incest.

zx Jeremiah Wayne Nix, 30, Cleburne, driving while intoxicated third or more.

zx Russell Tyson Soules aka Damon, 32, Grandview, theft $100,000 to $200,000.

zx Jarrod Matthew Wade, 26, Joshua, possession of controlled substance.

July 14-15

zx Ismeal Moreno Flores aka George Cira aka Florencio Flores aka Flores Florencio aka Cira George, 28, Fport Worth, tampering with government records.

zx Brent Ellis Hampton, 33, Cleburne, theft of firearm.

  • Burglars hit Joshua, Venus and Alvarado

    Bond was set at $1,500 Friday for Timothy Hungate, a 50-year-old Burleson man charged with assault bodily injury.
