Indictments include drug busts, child pornography

By Leia Jobe/reporter2@trcle.com

A Johnson County grand jury handed up indictments last week for charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, stalking, burglary, evading arrest, possession of controlled substances and child pornography.

Robert Walter Bonner and Amanda Dawn Bonner were reindicted on possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone between five and 50 pounds. On May 8, the Burleson Police Department seized more than 500 marijuana plants in the Bonners’ home, which was 1,000 feet from Kerr Middle School. The couple’s two children were placed in foster care. Robert Walter Bonner was also charged with possession of child pornography. The task force found the images on a computer seized from Bonner’s home during the arrest.

Chistopher Warren Bone of Mineral Wells was indicted on a charge of stalking. Bone, 42, was arrested by the Cleburne Police Department on Sept. 19. He is in jail awaiting trial on Nov. 30 in the 18th District Court. Bone was originally reported Jan. 13 on charges of threatening and stalking his wife. On hearing the charges, District Attorney Dale Hanna said, Bone threatened retaliation against his wife.

His court-appointed attorney is Shelly Fowler.

Barry Bernard Hardemon of Cleburne was indicted for having a weapon in a prohibited place. Hardemon, 27, was arrested by the Cleburne Police Department on Oct. 1 when he took a firearm onto Adams Elementary School property. Hardemon, a custodian, threatened his female supervisor and intended to shoot her, Hanna said.

Stephen Allen Evans of Burleson was indicted for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. Evans, 29, was arrested by the Cleburne Police Department on Sept. 21 after an altercation in the Chili’s parking lot that left one victim with serious head injuries. Evans will be tried after the victim’s progress in rehab is evaluated, Hanna said.

Evans is out on a $100,000 bond.

Justin William Eisenmann of Poolville, Claude Darren Heimlich of Keller and Aldon Michael Sellers of Alvarado were indicted for separate aggravated sexual assaults of children. Arraignments for Eisenmann and Heimlich are set for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 29 in the 249th District Court.

Eisenmann, 21, was arrested Oct. 10 by the Cleburne Police Department for an offense committed two days earlier with one victim in Johnson County. Eisenmann remains in jail on a $100,000 bond.

Heimlich, 27, was arrested by the Joshua Police Department for his July 15 offense. He remains in jail on a $50,000 bond. Heimlich’s computer has been confiscated. If an investigation of the computer reveals child pornography, a second charge of child pornography will be added to his sexual assault charge, Hanna said.

Sellers, 63, was arrested by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department on Nov. 7 for an incident Aug. 16.
