April/May Cleburne police reports

The following is a list of arrests — except for minor traffic violations — based on public records at the Cleburne Police Department. Individuals are

presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.



April 10

6:17 p.m., 800 block Stonelake Drive. Officer dispatched in reference to two men soliciting door to door. Craig Carlton Trautman, 22, of Phoenix, Ariz., was taken into custody on a charge of soliciting without a permit and a Weatherford warrant. Eric Lindgren, 20, of Spearfish, S.D., was taken into custody on a charge of soliciting without a permit.

April 11

1:34 a.m., 300 block Earl Street, vehicle parked behind closed business. Kama Joyce Brooks, 27, of Gun Barrel City was taken into custody on one Balch Springs and three Gun Barrel City warrants.

10:38 a.m., Cleburne Police Department. A woman turned herself in on warrants. Brittinnie Dayle Baze, 20, of Keene was taken into custody on five Cleburne warrants.

11:45 a.m., Kilpatrick and Woodruff streets, traffic stop for speeding. Jody Allen Martin, 21, of Whitney was taken into custody on two Alvarado warrants.

12:50 p.m., 400 block South Main Street, traffic stop for defective brake light. Gina Lee Pollard, 22, of Joshua was taken into custody on Johnson County, Midland County and Alvarado warrants.

1:48 p.m., 2400 block North Main Street, traffic stop for no seat belt. Cody Dale Cantrell, 23, of Joshua was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant.

2:00 p.m., 900 block Woodard Avenue, disturbance call. Monty Paul Ward, 43, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

10:50 p.m., 200 block Olive Street, traffic stop for failing to stop. Myron Glenn Johnson, 32, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on a Fort Worth and a Richland Hills warrant.

11:47 p.m., 600 block West Henderson Street, traffic stop for making a left turn from the far-right lane. Conrad Everardo Fernandez, 21, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Milam County warrants.

April 12

12:55 a.m., 1600 block Lakeshore Drive. People parked in the park after curfew hours. Jamie Nicole Delaney, 29, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication, two Cleburne and three Johnson County warrants.

3:04 a.m., 200 block West Katherine P. Raines Drive, car parked by closed business. Summer Renee Slough, 24, of Fort Worth and Charles William Rubel, 25, of Cleburne were taken into custody on charges of public intoxication.

1:40 p.m., Wal-Mart, theft call. Brenda Marie Feaster, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of Class B theft. Police recovered $224.65 worth of merchandise.

8:08 p.m., 1300 block East Kilpatrick Street, loud-music call. Michael Dean Finley, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of marijuana and cocaine.

April 13

2:01 a.m., 2200 block North Main Street, possible intoxicated driver. Brandon Alan Morris, 26, of Paris was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

4:12 p.m., 2200 block North Main Street, traffic stop for pulling into traffic and nearly colliding with another vehicle. Jose Bernabe Hidalgo, 22, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

4:15 p.m., 2200 block North Main Street, disturbance call. Christopher Thomas Randolph, 17, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of Class A assault/family violence.

April 14

1:45 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Mark Daniel Brunner, 26, of Venus was taken into custody on a Bosque County warrant for motion to adjudicate.

4:46 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Adam Henry Burden, 25, of Burleson was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.

April 15

7:25 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Huber Valdez Arana, 32, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Medina County warrant for probation violation.

9:06 a.m., 1300 block Mount Carmel Road, traffic stop for speeding, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. William James Ford Jr., 19, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of fleeing and eluding an officer and two Johnson County warrants. James Esteen Powers, 22, of Joshua was taken into custody on three Crowley warrants.

9:53 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Joaquin Ruiz Barron, 26, of Keene was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.

April 16

8:11 a.m., 1600 block Grand Avenue, traffic stop for driving 30 mph in a 15 mph zone. Thomas Andrew Bostic, 38, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of driving while license invalid, possession of paraphernalia, three Parker County and three Fort Worth warrants.

11:36 a.m., 200 block North Main Street, traffic stop for driving 40 mph in a 30 mph zone. Georgia Garza Corrales, 42, of Arlington was taken into custody on one Irving and two Dallas County warrants.

7:34 p.m., 100 block West Court. Resident reported a person attempting to open the door of his residence. Michael Joseph, 29, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

10:26 p.m., East Willingham and North Anglin Streets, traffic stop for failure to stop. Jay Alan Roth, 52, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

10:30 p.m., 1800 block North Main Street, rolling-disturbance call. Cybil Lynn Dyer, 29, of Springtown was taken into custody on three Dallas County warrants. Ronald Okey Bonnette, 38, of Springtown was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

April 17

3:30 a.m., 500 block West Third Street, disturbance call. James Doby Young Jr., 57, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant for possession of paraphernalia.

7:50 a.m., 600 block Gresham Street. Police dispatched in reference to a car parked in a private parking lot. Thomas Samora, 51, of Amarillo was taken into custody on a charge of failure to show identification and a Texas Department of Criminal Justice parole warrant.

10:41 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Brian Goad, 41, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.

12:02 p.m., 300 block of South Main Street, traffic stop for expired inspection sticker. Jenna Michelle Baumgardner, 18, of Joshua was taken into custody on a Joshua warrant.

2:00 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center, possible intoxicated person. James Doby Young Jr., 57, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.



April 25

11:49 p.m., 500 block Euclid Street, traffic stop for speeding. Jose Guadalupe Garcia, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

April 27

11:40 p.m., 1600 block Spring Branch Drive, dispute call. James Wesley Gatlin, 27, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of resisting arrest and criminal mischief.

April 28

2:28 a.m., 200 block West Henderson Street, traffic stop for driving with a shattered windshield. Tamantha Rene White, 23, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of marijuana and carrying a prohibited weapon (knife). Charles Eugene Clark Jr., 29, of Alvarado was taken into custody on two Johnson County and two Alvarado warrants.

5:23 a.m., 2200 block North Main Street, suspicious vehicle with man slumped over the steering wheel. Lee Bradley Pickens, 33, of Waco and Stewart Daniel Brooks, 33, of Axtell were taken into custody on charges of possession of methamphetamine.

8:37 a.m., Wal-Mart, theft call. Dillon Christopher Wossum, 18, of Keene was taken into custody on a charge of class B theft.

11:17 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Cody Dean Strickland, 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Joshua warrants.

April 29

1:18 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Richard James Bryson, 23, of Crowley was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for motion to revoke.

7:30 p.m., Border and Lonestar streets, traffic stop for failure to signal. Daniel Luna Ramirez, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Cleburne warrants for assault.

10:33 p.m., 200 block Marie Street, disturbance call. Juan Eusevio Rico, 19, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of forgery for possession of a fake social security card.

April 30

9:29 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Eddie Dwight Hillock, 42, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.

4:10 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Cody Ladell Blue, 38, of Granbury was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.

10:20 p.m., 300 block Lone Star Street, traffic stop for expired inspection sticker. Littlejoe Garcia, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of delivery of marijuana.

11:49 p.m., 200 block South Anglin Street. Warrant service. Willis Donald Duncan, 36, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Texas Department of Criminal Justice warrant for parole violation. Martin Mario Valadez, 39, of Weatherford was taken into custody on three Weatherford warrants.

May 1

1:59 a.m., Atlantic and East Henderson streets, man sleeping on a stairwell. Danny Michael Dill, 26, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of public intoxication.

10:19 a.m., 800 block North Robinson Street, traffic stop for screeching tires. Jeremy Wayne cherry, 25, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

10:47 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Stephen Lee Burns, 34, of Joshua was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant.

10:59 a.m., 100 block South Caddo Street, traffic stop for swerving. Amanda Leigh Scarbrough, 21, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of failure to show proper identification.

5:28 p.m., 700 block North Main Street, accident call. Dan Carr Boyles II, 37, of Hillsboro was taken into custody on one Arlington and four Kennedale warrants.

10:40 p.m., 400 block West Westhill Drive, traffic stop for failure to signal. Scott Lasharra, 24, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for adjudication of supervision.

May 2

7:47 a.m., 700 block Prairie Avenue, traffic stop for driving 33 mph in a 15 mph zone. Angela Diane Winters, 33, of Cleburne was taken into custody on three Johnson County warrants.

9:52 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Angel Delossantos, 24, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for credit or debit card abuse.

2:13 p.m., 1700 block North Main, traffic stop for expired registration sticker. Chase Murray Mitchell, 21, of Itasca was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant.

10:10 p.m., 1300 block Berry Drive, loud party with noise call. Gerald Lee Chavez, 18, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on a charge of failure to show identification and a Cleburne warrant for disorderly conduct. Cody Wayne Stanley, 21, of Cleburne was taken into custody on three Cleburne warrants.

10:15 p.m., South Main and Country Club streets, assist motorist call. Francisco Jose Rodolfo, 30, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

May 3

12:37 a.m., 400 block Sabine Avenue, disturbance call. Patricio Alejo Escalante, 35, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of resisting arrest and interfering with a police matter.

12:52 a.m., 100 block West Henderson, traffic stop for expired buyer’s tag. Anthony Juan Trejo, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant for disorderly conduct.

2:05 a.m., 1700 block Lakeshore Drive. People in the park after curfew. Steven Royce Poteet, 18, of Weatherford was taken into custody on charges of minor in possession of alcohol and public intoxication.

9:54 a.m., 3700 block North Main Street, traffic stop for driving 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. Preston Paul Newberry, 20, of Joshua was taken into custody on a Fort Worth warrant.

3:00 p.m., No address given, assault call. Diego Rodriquez, 47, of Baytown was taken into custody on a charge of assault A family violence.

10:35 p.m., 1000 block Trinity Street. Officers dispatched in reference to an intoxicated man with a 2x4 attempting to fight people. Police arrived to find Lawrence Edward McClough, 45, of Cleburne standing in the road holding the 2x4. After an officer yelled out, McClough dropped the 2x4 and began approaching the officer. He was unsteady on his feet and staggering, according to reports. Police arrested McClough on a charge of public intoxication.

May 4

12:15 a.m., 3600 block North Main Street, suspicious vehicle and possible drug activity call. James Anthony Grover Jr., 22, of Burleson was taken into custody on charges of failure to show identification, possession of paraphernalia and a Cleburne warrant.

2:45 p.m., 1900 block North Main Street. Warrant service. Brian Joseph Booth, 23, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of methamphetamine, fraudulent identification, a Cleburne warrant and a Fort Worth warrant for burglary of a habitation.

10:34 p.m., 1100 block Berkley Drive. Officers stopped a man who ran through an intersection. Marshall Blane McKneely, 17, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

May 5

10:15 a.m., 1100 block East Kilpatrick Street. Warrant service. Stephanie Lorraine White, 34, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

10:30 a.m., 400 block Huron Street, theft-of-service call. Danny Ray Faulkner Jr., 20, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Venus warrants.

1:27 p.m., Wal-Mart, shoplifting call. An employee told police a woman filled a shopping cart with $493.45 worth of merchandise and attempted to leave the store without paying. Lasha Eileen Spacek, 21, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of class B theft.

6:08 p.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Kevin Lynn Bleeker, 27, of Fort Worth was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for revocation of supervision.

May 7

11:04 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Derek James Wesssels, 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a Johnson County warrant for false alarm or report.

11:20 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Wendy Lou Lucky, 43, of Burleson was taken into custody on a Fort Worth warrant.

3:37 p.m., 800 block Westhill Drive, traffic stop for expired registration sticker. Eathon Martin Dawson, 22, of Cleburne was taken into custody on four Keene warrants. Police transported Dawson to Keene and turned him over to Keene police officers.

4:11 p.m., 100 block West Wardville Street, traffic stop for defective brake light. Kentreal Demond Williams, 27, of Dallas was taken into custody on a Cleburne warrant.

5:36 p.m., 1400 block West Henderson Street, traffic stop for failure to signal. Monica Mendez, 34, of Cleburne was taken into custody on two Johnson County warrants.

May 8

2:35 a.m., Glenhaven and Surry Place streets, traffic stop for driving on the wrong side of the road. Victoria Dudley, 17, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol. Dustin Marshall Lumm, 19, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of marijuana, driving while intoxicated by a minor and possession of paraphernalia. Austin Taylor Tuley, 22, of Cleburne was taken into custody on charges of possession of marijuana and supplying alcohol to minors.

8:45 a.m., 200 block South Oran Avenue, traffic stop for defective tail lights. Alfredo Garcia-Morales, 39, of Alvarado was taken into custody on a LaSalle County warrant for evading arrest.

8:54 p.m., 1100 North Main Street, traffic stop for failure to signal. Armando Martinez, 38, Grandview was taken into custody on a Johnson County and three Grandview warrants.

9:45 p.m., Robinson and Gresham streets, traffic stop for failure to signal. Pedro Rico Jr., 18, of Cleburne was taken into custody on a charge of driving while intoxicated by minor.



All the above people taken into custody were transported to the Johnson County Corrections Center unless otherwise noted.
