Cleburne shelter rates the highest



I visited your shelter Monday around noon looking for a small puppy. There was a volunteer (a young man with a name plate) doing some community time for the city.

He was very energetic, polite and informative. The shelter was clean, roomy and organized to benefit the animals.

I was very impressed as compared with Joshua’s shelter, which was dirty, employee (young lady) was unconcerned, and had no information concerning the animals. Her only statement to me that made sense was “with only one person working it’s hard to keep with all the work.”

Good job Cleburne and the young volunteer — you rate the highest.
