The following is a list of arrests — except for minor traffic violations — based on public records at the Cleburne Police Department. Individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.



September 29

8:16 a.m., 800 block Rose Avenue, traffic stop. David Leslie McCoy Jr., 19, of Cleburne, failure to provide identification and a Cleburne warrant.

2:18 p.m., Madison and Kilpatrick streets, traffic stop. Joshua Brent Clements, 23, of Alvarado, possession of marijuana.

10:27 p.m., 100 block East Kilpatrick Street. Police dispatched in reference to a man causing a disturbance by trying to start fights at a motel. Coby Lynn Jones, 38, of Graham, public intoxication.

September 30

12:44 p.m., Walmart, shoplifter call. Store employees saw a woman conceal clothing then attempt to leave the store without paying, according to reports. Priscilla Ramirez, 19, of Fort Worth, theft $50-$500.

10:38 p.m., 500 block South Oran Avenue, fighting. Shaun Winson Bryan, 19, of Cleburne, assault bodily injury.

October 1

5:11 p.m., 300 block Moon Street. Officer attempted a traffic stop, but the suspect drove about half a mile before stopping. The man said he was just trying to get a pickup home to his grandfather, according to reports. Bruce Ludale Washington II, 21, of Cleburne, fleeing a police officer.

October 2

12:56 p.m., 1600 block West Henderson Street, possibly intoxicated female. Melanie L. Mitchell, 49, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

10:49 p.m., 400 block South Anglin Street, fighting. Donald Eward Stanfield, 61, of Cleburne, public intoxication and a Burleson Police Department warrant for animal in a parked vehicle.

October 3

6:34 a.m., 200 block Walls Drive, possibly intoxicated male. Devin Lee Littleton, 31, of Hico, public intoxication.

October 4

9:18 p.m., 200 block South Boyd Street, possibly intoxicated female. Jackie Elaine Hall, 47, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

October 6

2:41 p.m., Walmart. Man concealed merchandise in a large plastic tote and attempted to leave the store without paying, according to reports. Jesse Andrew Senakievich, 28, of Cleburne, theft $50-$500.

6:30 p.m., Walmart. A man concealed merchandise in his pocket and attempted to leave the store without paying, according to reports. The man had two previous theft convictions and a criminal trespass warning for the Cleburne Walmart, according to reports. Kenyon Jerone Harris, 17, of Keene, theft less than $1,500.

October 7

3:05 a.m., 400 block Sabine Avenue, disturbance call. Deen Martinez Lopez, 21, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

5:33 p.m., 1700 block Virginia Place, assault call. Raymond Glenn Goodwin, 44, of Cleburne, assault class A family violence.

7:25 p.m., 2100 block Winding Creek Drive, assault call. Jonathan Allen Gregory, 36, of Cleburne, assault bodily injury family violence.

October 8

2:21 p.m., Walmart, theft call. Airlia Elayne Bratcher, 29, of Cleburne, theft $50-$500, also issued a criminal trespass warning.

5:25 p.m., H-E-B Grocery Store, shoplifter call. Sherri Lynn Cameron, 46, of Cleburne, theft less than $50 with a previous conviction.

September 9

12:17 p.m., 1600 block North Anglin Street, disturbance call. Gerald Robert Linnabury, 38, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

7:01 p.m., 900 block Granbury Street, disturbance call. Thomas Welsley Berry, 53, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

October 10

11:05 p.m., 500 block North Walnut Street, traffic stop. Jerry Kidd, 17, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Cassandra Ann Kidd, 21, of Cleburne, possession of dangerous drugs.

October 11

5:49 p.m., 200 block West Heard Street, disturbance call. Terrance Wayne Yarborough, 44, of Fort Worth, assault bodily injury family violence.

October 12

5:35 a.m., 200 block Walls Drive, possible intoxicated person. Russell James Howard, 28, of Burleson, public intoxication.

October 13

6:39 p.m., 200 block Featherston Street. Police received two silent calls to 911. When officers arrived on scene, they determined no emergency existed. Shawnee Lynn Kirby, 30, of Cleburne, silent calls to 911 service and resisting arrest.

October 14

9:53 p.m., 300 block South Anglin Street, disturbance call. Jose Hernandez, 50, of Cleburne, assault class A family violence.

October 15

7:19 p.m., 600 block West Henderson Street, shoplifter. Robin Renee Lawson, 21, of Alvarado, theft less than $50 with a previous conviction and a Johnson County warrant.

October 16

2:20 a.m., Nolan River Road and Woodside Lane, traffic stop for no license plate. Brittany Lynn Schornik, 18, of Joshua, possession of marijuana. Bob Green, 27, of Joshua, two Johnson County warrants.

October 18

1:15 a.m., 700 block North Main Street, traffic stop. Ramirez Jose, 21, of Cleburne, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. Lopez Espinoza Mario, 18, of Cleburne, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and credit card abuse.

October 20

12:25 a.m., 2000 block North Main Street, reckless driver call. Jaun Rios, 43, of Glen Rose; Joel Acosta-Rios, 24, of Fort Worth’ Mario Gomez, 44, of Glen Rose; and Fortunato De La Cruz, 19, of Glen Rose were arrested on charges of public intoxication.

October 22

8:25 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. Doyle Wayne Bingham, 19, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

October 23

8:12 a.m., Kilpatrick and Nolan River Road, traffic stop. Terry Allen Bruce, 33, of Glen Rose, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug and a Cleburne warrant.

October 24

12:16 a.m., 1100 block North Nolan River Road, disturbance call. Matthew Joe Herrera, 23, of Cleburne, assault class A family violence and interference with an emergency phone call.

11:38 p.m., 3100 block North Main Street, traffic stop. Matthew Austin Yaeger, 20, of Cleburne, DWI. Sean Ross Ohara, 22, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

October 25

11:37 p.m., North Main Street and Katherine P. Raines Drive. An officer saw a vehicle spin out in the northbound lane of North Main and stopped to make sure the occupants were OK. Joshua Charles Mason, 19, of Burleson, DUI by a minor. Ronald Eugene Bryant, 18, of Cleburne, consumption of alcohol by a minor. Justin Lee Bates, 19, of Cleburne, Alvarado warrants.

October 27

12:25 a.m., Caddo and James streets, traffic stop. Tramel Joseph Wilson, 23, of Fort Worth, possession of marijuana.

10:38 p.m., 100 block Westcourt Street, disturbance call. Jason Alan Franco, 28, of Cleburne, criminal trespass.

October 30

8:03 p.m., 2800 block Nolan River Road, reckless driver call. Jonathan Keith Rutherford, 19, of Joshua and Germond T. High, 19, of Joshua, consumption of alcohol by a minor.

11:52 p.m., 1400 block Courtney Place, traffic stop for speeding. Chase Denton Pearce, 19, of Cleburne, consumption of alcohol by a minor.

October 31

2:40 a.m., Turner and Granbury streets, traffic stop. Jose Manuel Cedillo, 26, of Cleburne, DWI. Arnulfo Martinez-Mata, 35, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

8:02 p.m., Baird and Wilson streets, traffic stop. John Yancy Hinson, 53, of Keene, possession of marijuana. Sheryl Marie Fannin, 29, of Glen Rose, possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:43 p.m., 800 block North Main Street, suspicious person call. Keith Dewayne Kimbell, 38, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

November 1

12:21 a.m., Brazos and Henderson streets, motorist assist. Benjamin Scott Chitwood, 24, of Cleburne, public intoxication.

9:25 p.m., 1400 block Kilpatrick Street, disturbance call. A woman told police a man pointed a gun toward her son, according to reports. Robert Hilton Bain, 47, of Cleburne, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence.

November 3

10:58 p.m., 800 block West Henderson Street, people yelling in a parking lot. Preston Scott Russell, 19, of Cleburne, consumption of alcohol by minor and failure to identify.

November 7

12:16 a.m., 700 block North Robinson Street, disturbance call. Jesus Correo Munoz, 19, of Cleburne and Jose Antonio Munoz, 20, of Cleburne, were taken into custody on charges of resisting arrest.

November 8

1:25 a.m., 500 block North Ridgeway Drive, disturbance call. Jeffrey Vaughn Burns, 32, of Cleburne, public intoxication.



All the above people taken into custody were transported to the Johnson County Corrections Center unless otherwise noted.

    With showers continuing through this morning, Lake Pat Cleburne lake level was reported at 734.1 feet, about six inches over the spillway, said local weather watcher Gayle White.
