After 34 years as Tomblinson Real Estate, the business became Zacharias Real Estate LLC on May 1 after Wayne Tomblinson sold the business to Dan Zacharias. A business Tomblinson’s parents founded in 1975 and which he and his sister, Carolyn Jo Wear later ran until her retirement three years ago. Tomblison said he plans to retire and move to Florida.
