As the first-ever Godley Lady Cat to participate in the UIL state golf tournament, Godley’s Dallas Young opened the competition with a first-day score of 89.
The mark puts her in 16th place out of 48 competitiors.
Young finishes her second round at the tournament today. The competition is being held at Austin’s Roy Kizer Municipal Golf Course.
