Cleburne woman to participate in teacher exchange
Tina Waldrop of Cleburne is among seven North Texas teachers who will travel to Mexico next month to take part in the Rotary Club Inter-Country Teacher Exchange.
These delegates will be hosted for a month by Rotary members in the target country and take part in a cross-cultural immersion experience.
Among the activities will be teaching English to young students and adults.
Local Rotary clubs furnish the transportation and related expenses.
Rotary Clubs send exchange teachers to Mexico every July. For information on the teacher exchange contact gordonroe@verizon.net.
