January 8
1:22 p.m., Walmart, shoplifter call. Enrique Martinez, 19, of Fort Worth, theft $50 to $500.
January 10
1:12 a.m., 1600 Granbury Street. An officer saw a man stumbling in the road. George Clois Smith Jr., 33, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana.
11:02 p.m., 1700 block of Short Street, disturbance call. Ronald Joseph Carlton II, 20, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana.
January 12
7:51 p.m., 700 block Trinity Street. Police responded to a call of a burglary in progress in which a TV had been stolen. Police later found the suspect, and the TV. Tonya Latrice Hooper, 40, of Cleburne, burglary.
January 13
11:13 p.m., 600 block Robbins Street. Police responded to reports of gunshots fired. Upon arrival, they found a man in a Dodge Van in the area of the reported gunshots. Police found a crack pipe and drugs in the man’s van. Robert James Hibbler Jr., 62, of Cleburne, possession of a controlled substance.
January 14
4:42 a.m., 400 block West Kilpatrick, traffic stop for expired license plate. Francesca Angelica Wiltsey, 21, of Cleburne, prohibited weapon. Tamantha Rene White, 24, of Cleburne, possession of marijuana and Cleburne warrants. Eric Neal Kellett, 18, of Joshua, possession of marijuana. Larry Wayne Doss II, 25, of Cleburne, two Keene warrants.
10:32 a.m., Johnson County Adult Probation Center. James Isaac Ray, 44, of Crowley, falsification of a drug test.
January 15
10:57 p.m., Main and Boone streets, traffic stop for failure to signal. Albert Fernando Padilla, 27, of Cleburne, DWI.
January 16
12:33 a.m., 1900 North Main Street, suspicious-person call. Shauna Lee Seamon, 30, of Cleburne, public intoxication.
January 17
2:05 a.m., Main and Jack Burton streets, police dispatched in reference to a possibly intoxicated driver. Terry Charles Clark, 53, of Cleburne, DWI and possession of marijuana.
10:01 p.m., 1900 North Main Street, disturbance call. Leodan Tijerina, 38, of Cleburne, assault class A family violence and resisting search.
January 18
5:15 p.m., 300 block Marengo Street, disturbance call. Philip Duane Stanley II, 35, of Cleburne, one warrant and resisting arrest.
All the above people taken into custody were transported to the Johnson County Corrections Center unless otherwise noted.

The 2011 Lone Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Autoplex All-Johnson-County football team has been announced. The team was chosen by the Times-Review sports department based on all-district selections and coaches’ nominations.
The first-team offense included Alvarado quarterback Kenny West and Burleson quarterback Barrett Cain. -

The Cleburne Yellow Jackets beat Burleson, 62-48, on Friday night at Yellow Jacket Gym to move to 2-7 in District 7-A play. Burleson fell to 2-7 in league play with the loss.

On Friday night at Yellow Jacket Stadium, Cleburne picked up its first win of the District 7-4A season, 66-60, over Burleson, which fell to 3-8.

Council approves trash truck purchases
City plans to switch trash collection from a manual to an automated system should begin in about six months, Cleburne Assistant City Manager David Esquivel said Tuesday night.
