A Tuesday traffic stop led to the discovery of marijuana and the arrest of a Farmers Branch man.
Police conducted the stop at 12:44 a.m. in the 1400 block of Phillips Street.
The driver, Jason Richard Cervantes, 33, was in the vehicle with two adult women and two female juveniles.
Police found Cervantes to be in possession of marijuana and discovered he had provided it to one of the juveniles.
They arrested Cervantes on a charge of delivery of marijuana to a child.
Police responded to a hit-and-run accident at 1:51 a.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Hollingsworth Street.
An unknown vehicle traveling eastbound on Hollingsworth Street apparently lost control on the street’s wet surface.

Police believe the unknown vehicle fled east on Mansfield Road.
