Cleburne senior Nick Woodall will end his high school baseball career as an all star. He has been selected to play in two all-star games during the next two weekends.

Alvarado receives District 7-3A MVP, top defensive player awards in all-district selections
The 2013 baseball season was one to remember for Alvarado as the Indians recorded their first district title in 30 years, clinched their first playoff berth in a decade and also won their first playoff series in a decade. That success is reflected in the District 7-3A awards.

Two county softball standouts selected for all-star game
Johnson County will be represented by two players at the Texas Girls Coaches Association 2013 All-Star softball game. Burleson’s Mallory Foster and Grandview’s Kalani Basham were selected by the TGCA Softball Committee to participate in the annual event.
