Justice of the Peace David Barfield walks past a fatal wreck on the northbound lanes of I-35 in which three people were killed and two were treated on scene for injuries sustained in the accident that left the northbound lanes of I-35 closed for several hours. A female National Guardsman was behind the wheel of the Humvee when it jumped a median and cement divider from the southbound lane into the northbound lanes and caused the six-car wreck. The cause of the wreck is still under investigation by the Troy Police Department and the Department of Public Safety.
